Star Trek D-A-Cs up on PS3 and PC this November
12
Transported away from its "late this summer" release window, Star Trek D-A-C – the mediocre movie cash-in tie-in – will finally tribble the PS3 (via PlayStation Network) and the PC (via Steam) with its presence this November. As previously noted, the latest edition of the top-down pew-pew fest will add new ship classes, game modes, maps and pick-ups. If you need a better idea of what this game is like, we suggest taking a look at our very polite XBLA in Brief on the title.

It's like Star Trek the MMO's ugly little brother that no one wants to hang out with.

I understand this game is quite the yawn-fest. I wouldn't hold your breath, PS3 owners.

Does anybody really give a damn about this little game based on a movie that came out 6 months before? Especially with all the big retail games coming out around this fall (Notably MW2 in Nov.)?

This game sucks. I grabbed the demo when it came out for the 360, its a top down shooter style game. it takes the star trek universe, digests it and shits it out in hopes of trying to get peoples money....

Star Trek, eh? Alright. Sony, I realize we've lost a lot of third-party exclusive developers this run around, but you've got a solid line-up of PlayStation 3 Exclusive games on the verge of release. PLEASE! Don't do as everyone else has done and accept causal garbage. Don't taint your reputation. That's what Microsoft and Nintendo do.
