Forget about buying Silent Hill: Shattered Memories before November
Though it fails to offer a precise date, Nintendo's packed holiday release schedule has confirmed a November debut for Silent Hill: Shattered Memories, the frigid re-imagining of the PlayStation survival-horror classic. GameStop, which is currently offering a Silent Hill soundtrack CD as a pre-order incentive, expects the game to arrive on November 3rd.
According to producer Tomm Hulett, "If you've played the PlayStation game to death, you still have no idea what to expect for Shattered Memories." Oh, and definitely don't expect Dahlia to be a robot in this one. We made sure about that.

rells009 @ Sep 15th 2009 4:51PM
It's also on the PS2, I think.

It's for the Wii, PS2, and PSP.

The fact that the "Before November" starts a second line could cause some problems.

One of the upcoming Wii games I am most excited for. I really hope it delivers!!

bemaggg @ Sep 15th 2009 5:33PM
it's a joke.

I'm glad this game does not come out in November since my game list is: Uncharted 2, PES 2010, Modern Warfare 2 & Assassin Creed so far.
Is there any other game I'm missing?
Reuben @ Sep 15th 2009 5:29PM
I'd like to preorder the game for the bonus, but I'm not sure which system I want it on yet. It breaks my heart to split franchises up, but I'm willing to play it on the Wii if it's supposed to be all-that.
Jrod @ Sep 15th 2009 5:42PM
As much as I want it on the Wii,I have to get the PS2 version to keep the whole franchise together.
Petebot330 @ Sep 15th 2009 8:15PM
Wow what a useless idea. The Wii version is supposed to have the better controls and i think it was originally intended for just the Wii.
Jrod @ Sep 15th 2009 8:34PM
"Wow what a useless idea. "
Yeah, keeping all the games on one system in case I ever sell any others is just a terrible idea.
And honestly, the Wii would be the first out the door between all the consoles I own.
Night Elve @ Sep 15th 2009 11:03PM
Useless idea? Count me in!
I'm going to get it for my beloved PS2 :) ... Even that I will play it in my more beloved PS3 60GB :)
Zexion_VI @ Sep 15th 2009 5:56PM
I will rent. I just don't see myself liking it. Running all the time... ugh
