I have been saying that I wanted a Phoenix Wright anime for a long time now. SO LONG. Other than Okami, I probably wouldn't be too fussed about the rest of those, but if you replace Blazblue with Guilty Gear then I'd be all over that like white on rice.

Persona 3 had either a mini-series or a comic, but I haven't seen/read it yet. Persona 4 is a cool game, but there's very little to follow up on - if they do decide to do a tie in, they should make it from the ground up with Persona 5, so that they complement each other.

I would much enjoy a Phoenix Wright anime. It seems pretty easy to adapt.

I'd imagine that Phoenix Wright is easily the easiest to adapt. KH is definitely something that could be adapted and stretched out to infinity like Naruto has been. I wouldn't want to see that.
I'd say no to MGS.
I'd say yes to Okami. I wouldn't want them to drag it out for 10+ years, but about 26 episodes should suffice. If they wanted to they could make additional episodes to follow up directly to what happened in the first game - double the episode count to 52.

DUDE there is a tales of symphonia anime. but its only 4 epidsodes, the other 4 are coming next year, find it on youtube or somewhere

'None of the above' please. There's plenty of bad anime released already without adding game-based titles to that.
I love Phoenix Wright (and I'm sure the Persona series is great too), but it's better as a game.
