Miyamoto would probably upend the tea-table on that project.

I'm not sure these Japanese people possess an adequate amount of rage. That was more like gentle table patting of an old woman than the draconian fist banging of an angry father telling his daughter he FORBIDS her to marry that young scamp.

Perhaps it takes an American to summon up the complete disregard for dining etiquette that this game requires.

Wow...they'll make a game out of anything in Japan. Do they have arcade games in their bathrooms to?

Maybe that's what the Wii vitality sensor could be used for. I just can't wait for the Table Controller add-on for the wiimote to come out.

Me too! I've actually said this to tons of friends. I'd really love to get angry and flip a table one day. It's near the top of the list of things I'd like to do before I die.

That's hilarious. It's a real stereotype in Japan that fathers in the 1950s 1960s and 1970s used to get really pissed off/drunk at home and then furiously flip the table at the end of dinner time, scattering dishes and leftover food all over the place. You can find lots of examples of it in anime and manga.

The whole reason to flip a table is to make a mess or piss someone off.

I know. That first guy was just wasting time with it, and he even checked his watch after upending the table like he has no idea this is supposed to be funny.
