This may come as a surprise to many of you, but Twitter is actually good for something other than the distribution of DLC codes and pictures starlets take of themselves in bikinis. Every once in a great while, it's good for a tiny sliver of news, such as when Q-Games' Dylan Cuthbert tweets that the company's next title, Pixeljunk Shooter, is slated to arrive in Japan this December.
Cuthbert then tweeted a picture of himself in a bikini. Yeah, it got weird.

I fear this can only mean an early 2010 release for the U.S.
I hope critter crunch is still on schedule.

Although the first I had heard of it, though I think you may have your developers confused.

I meant that since Shooter wouldn't be out in time, Critter Crunch would be a good consolation prize.

And here I was under the assumption that Twitter was awful at even those things...

People that diss twitter are funny to me...as the news from Gaming companies as well as game codes from the likes of @MajorNelson and @geoffkeighley are worth it alone...then the hundreds of other businesses that are worth following...hell I get Papa John coupons all the time from there...
US will most certainly be shortly after....GOD I can't wait til PSN is Streamline on game releases globally...then with the flip of a switch it can all be on the store worldwide....

I've been wondering what she's been up to since Old School. Thanks, Joystiq!

December?? Is that before or after the US release? The producer told me it was coming in the Fall. I thought it was slated for October. It would really suck if we didn't get it until after December.

I wasn't overly impressed with this game, unlike monsters or eden I got really bored almost straight away. Granted I've only played about 30 minutes or so but first impressions? Kinda lame.

I played it at Gamescom in Germany last month. I'm a huge fan of the other PJ games so I'm sure i'll learn to love it.
