Assassin's Creed II: Discovery confirmed for DS, will use DSi camera

Slated for a November 17 release, the game is a side-scroller that supports the DSi's built-in cameras for placing photos of yourself (or, well, anything really) onto "wanted" posters plastered across Spain, where it takes place -- just as can be done in the iPhone version. Griptonite Games is developing AC2: Discovery, which is a very good thing, given how impressed we were recently with its other portable AC title, Assassin's Creed: Bloodlines for PSP.

I can't wait to make my penis wanted in Spain.
David @ Sep 24th 2009 4:57PM
You have a penis?

You see that bulge in my red tightie whities? That ain't a watermelon.
And that's not apple sauce on your mother's bed sheets either.
Yeah, I said apple sauce.

So when you told Ma-Ti you were gonna teach him how to spank the monkey... you weren't talking about his pet, were you?

The only people who buy DSi's, are people just was a camera and don't know what games they even like.
Why incorporate something that not everyone is going to use?
Is it going to take a picture of me surprised when he kills someone...ala Burnout.

I downvoted you because your post is a high school English teacher's worst nightmare.

I'm hopelessly tired right now from highschool, i'm sorry.
Grammar is my enemy when i'm tired.

I downvoted you because I bought a DSi, I didn't want a camera, and I know what games I like.

Nothing to see here folks. Just a troll. Please move along...

"And the screen isn't the size of a postage stamp."
You mean like your brain?
Special Agent Steve @ Sep 24th 2009 5:03PM
That's the lamest argument I've heard in a while. What are you, 60?
Markez @ Sep 24th 2009 5:06PM
I just do not understand why Joystiq is so unable to ban the worst trolls.
RKN @ Sep 24th 2009 5:24PM
I have emailed Chris Grant several times to ban Sprinkles, he says that is the best way to ban trolls and spammers. Just give him the profile number and he will do the rest.
CBAkiba25 @ Sep 24th 2009 5:26PM
@Markez because this is the worst possible damage trolls are only able to do; and as you can see, it doesn't amount up to much.
ToadStoolPorridge (PSN: tennispro_99) @ Sep 24th 2009 5:31PM
The trolls are only as bad as we make them. If people can control themselves and realize that arguing with them does nothing, then we'd be all set.
sony boy (6 years til sony man child!) @ Sep 24th 2009 6:05PM
damn, i think AC is being milked a little.
gatotsu911 @ Sep 24th 2009 6:34PM
Shyeah, no kidding.
Although, I became slightly less skeptical of this when I read that it's by the same developer as Bloodlines. Nevertheless, I just can't see 2D gameplay working for Assassin's Creed.
