TGS 2009: Unboxing the Level-5 Premium Gift
Finally, we were ushered into a game demo area, and then handed the requisite swag bag. Having been told that the swag bag contained this year's version of the vaunted Level-5 "Premium Gift," with either a DVD or a DS demo cartridge, we decided to share the excitement of opening the sealed envelope with the internet. Enjoy the exciting conclusion in the video above!

Y'know, I don't really care that you got the demo. When you put up impressions of the games let me know, but don't post a video of you opening the box for everything you get.
Special Agent Steve @ Sep 24th 2009 9:37PM
Y'know, I don't really care that you posted this comment. When you write something that I want to read, let me know, but don't make a comment everytime you disagree with an article on Joystiq- just don't read it.
Filthy Assistant @ Sep 24th 2009 10:16PM
He's right, though, this is totally pointless at worst and it's "HA HA LOOK WHAT WE GOT AND YOU DIDN'T" at best.
finnith @ Sep 24th 2009 10:45PM
Nobody's forcing you to watch the video, if you find something that you think is pointless just don't read it. Not like you would complain to the newspaper if they printed an article you found silly and pointless.
Lurkero @ Sep 24th 2009 11:15PM
I only watched part of the video. I stopped and realized it meant nothing. I wouldn't be complaining if it weren't for the Joystiq team saying that sometimes they have to cut articles in the interest of time. Apparently there was enough time To post a vid about opening a box to games that they will soon preview.
That time could have easily been spent actually previewing the game and preparing an actual article for it.

"That time could have easily been spent actually previewing the game and preparing an actual article for it."
agreed - lets demand refunds.

How dare joystiq force you to go to their website and read their articles! What a waste of time! Now they're even making you comment, wasting more of your precious time you could be using to have a real life! The only logical reaction is to waste more time by complaining about it, instead of moving on to do something else. It's not like you were already the one wasting your time on the internet.

Apparently no one understands what it means to give feedback. I like what Joystiq does and I appreciate it a lot. But this is something I don't like.
Not one other person who has commented on this video has said they would prefer that Joystiq post vids of all the things they open. So why is it wrong for me to give my feedback on the matter?
I am simply saying that this is something I have no interest in viewing on Joystiq. There, that's my feedback. Hopefully Joystiq reads all of the feedback from users and adjusts the site to accommodate for what the users prefer.

"... and by live I mean I'm recording it now and posting it later."
Ahhh, so many awesome quotes in this vid. I

Awww. Can I have it?
whylekat @ Sep 25th 2009 8:55AM
When I first read the headline, I assume Joystiq joined the looney flocks of Scientology.
