I got a ticket for Chicago event too. I am a little confused about the guest thing also. On the blog post it says (guest) and you even put a guest name when filling the ticket out, but there is nothing about the guest on the ticket print out.

I'm stealing my friend's PS3 to play this. My being broke should not separate me from this game!

Grammar Police here!

You meant to say, "Mine [PS3] being broke..." because "My being broke..." refers to your broken body. Granted, neither should stop you, but the former seems much more believable and appropriate.

You're welcome.

Sweet, I'm totally coming! Kind of weird that they're showing it in Bellevue, and not Seattle... but at least it's closer.

What the fuck? I didn't say anything that would prompt such a downvoting? Am I missing something here? The only reason I can come up with for such a response is if Naughty Dog was based in Bellevue, and I was being all ignorant, but they're from California. Someone fucking tell me why I was voted down!

BTW, bought my ticket. FOR THE BELLEVUE SHOWING. ON OCT. 6.

I've been watching this show called Bones just recently and I've got to say that the "Booth" character in the show resembles so much of Nathan Drake. I don't think he's as young as the Nathan Drake portrayed in the video games nor is he slimmer, but their dialogues and mannerisms are extremely similar

Hope it sells a lot of copies with an added boost of those that just got the slim after the price-cut. Naughty Dog deserves that.

I just bought a PS3 and Uncharted: Drake's Fortune due to the price cut. All I have to say is that so far it is a great game and I'll most likely be buying Uncharted 2. Thanks for the price cut Sony!

This post on joystiq makes it sound like they're previewing a rough build of the movie...totally misleading. For the movie, yeah, I'd drive all the way out there...

I'm dying to play Uncharted 2 and all, but what's the point of spoiling the experience when I can play it while lounging on my leather couch, in front of my big LCD t.v., in about 2 wks, vs driving an hour out to SF, getting pissed about the [dearth] of parking at the Embarcadero, and then having the jostle for controller time with all the other nerds residing in the SF Bay Area who will probably be also showing up? Hmmm...No thanks.

It would be good to meet the employees of Naughty Dog though, esp. if Amy Hennig or the two co-founders.

c'mon man it's not that expensive, it's on a screen 4x's the resolution of 1080p right? so it's basically something never before seen by the likes of us normal folkes who don't make games or go to game conventions and what not so i for one am totally willing to shell out 16$ just to see it. but then again i live pretty close to the showing in bellevue so maybe you have other motives.
