Presumably, after we all saw the clip that you posted, we must have all remembered the Chappelle show and some of the skits, especially the crack addict one, and after remembering that specific skit, we must experienced the effects of crack and immediately staring posting random comments due to such affects.

Yes, I have seen this before, there is no doubt we have all experienced the Chappalle-Contact High Syndrome, not to be confused for the Chappelle-Is-High-On-Something-Leaving-To-Africa Syndrome.
