We wanted to make a video to compliment our review by showing the system in action, sizing it up against other handhelds, taking a look at loading times and demoing some of its exclusive features. We believe the above video is that video. In fact, we know it is, because we've watched it about a dozen times. We hope you'll want to watch it just as many, but we'll understand if you want to keep it to, say, two or four viewings. (If only to appreciate the Garrison Keillor-esque cadence and model-caliber hands of its narrator.)

I just played the MGS: Peace Walker TGS demo on the go, since I'd been asked if A) the DualShock 3 works with it and B) the second analog stick is supported for the camera.
The answer to the first question is yes, Peace Walker works fine with the DS3. Like I said before, the PSP Go treats the DS3 like it's like the handheld's own controls when they're sync'd up. As cool as it would have been to control the camera with the second stick rather than the face buttons, it doesn't. Something about having them further apart from the analog stick seems to make using them "feel like" using a second stick for some reason that might just be in my head.
I'll be sure to propose the idea of offering a dual stick control scheme for the game when using a paired DS3 the next time I speak with Kojima. I'm sure if it's possible they'll do it -- and are probably already working on it!

All I could focus on is that 'Making of Star Wars' book you have under the glass... I have that book too, and it is AWESOME reading for fans of the film.
Oh yeah... The 'Go' looks very nice but I just can't get myself to buy another PSP. Between my iPhone and my Kindle, combined with the fact that I fall asleep on flights and don't use any of my portable gadgets as much as thought I would, I'm gonna have to wait for some killer app to coerce me into buying it.

Reading that some of you hype the feature of using DS3 for the PSPgo is just ridiculous...why the hell not just buy a PS3 Slim for the same price (almost)?
Play on a 42" or bigger tv instead of sitting like a fucking geek with your face in a little 8" screen...come on pl wake the fuck up!

It's just nice to have the option of using it if you desire. Besides, the PSP can also be hooked up to a big screen TV and played like the PS3 can. The whole argument about just buying a PS3 is moot of someone wants a portable gaming device. Why buy a DSi when a Wii is $30 more? Why buy a Zune HD when it's damn near $100 more expensive than a 360? etc etc ... If you want a portable gaming experience and PMP the question why WOULDN'T you buy a PSP.

well gamestop is doing a rade in thing trade in a psp 2000 or 3000 and 3 games (those games have to be at least 1 dollar worth of trade in credit and they will give you 100 dollars towards a psp go and so for me who had lots of games that now trade in for like 1 dollar or less i'm just going to trade them all in and see what i can get.

Sleeker? Really? Honestly PSPgo looks much more toyish than the DSi. DSi looks more like an adult device than than the go. The go does look more "refined" than the PSP but its a game device, no biggie to me.

Thats funny because with the clamshell design of the DSi and the two cameras I think the DSi looks like one of those fake kids cell phone/laptop type devices. When he said it was sleeker I think he meant the design of the edges and how they were rounded and contoured to the hands.

Did anyone else notice the video skip during the initial load of Motorstorm at around the 4:30 mark? It happens in between the two times he says "still loading".

Funny enough I only clicked on the video to see what that Star Wars book was, but I'm glad I did... I might consider this since I'm still on my original PSP.

Wait, it has complete functionality with the DS3?
That is awesome, would make some games bearable, how about Kojima adds some extra DS3 support in Peace Walker? (im not hating on the current controls, im sure it plays well, it's just a thought...)

Ok, so the big question is...will the PSP Go support the "PlayStation 3 Wireless keypad" hooked up to the DS3. I'd like to surf the web on the couch, while this thing is docked up and hooked into my TV.
