This campaign is crazy! It is shorter but it seems the specials spawn 3X faster. I had to deal with two tanks and 3 witches and that was just the first half!

I prefer developers and publishers who tell Microsoft that their DLC will either be free on the 360 or not there at all.

I love me some Valve but they need to do a sack check because I have this strange feeling that part of their man-hood may be missing. (Half-Sack)

Defending the price tag on this content is foolish any way you look at it.

valve usually does updates between 12-4PM PST.

This was released for the Xbox360 so soon because it's automated and controlled by microsoft to release today. For us PC gamers, we gotta wait until valve wakes the hell up and gets to work, then decides to push the big red button probably somewhere around 2PM PST. like they do with their TF2 updates.

Well it's out now but it took ages to download and get working because of all the traffic.

Is is just me or did that campaign go by really fast. I mean its only two chapters long with the second one being the finale. I'm not so sure that was worth $7 and for them to have taken so long for what it is is pretty disappointing. Funny stuff written in the safe room, but its mostly uninspired design of trucks making a maze.

I love Valve and all, but I really think they started working on this after all the boycotting thing, they knew they had to make some kind of DLC for the first game and say "look! we have been working all this time on this, see? we HAD stuff planned... believe us now?"

I truly believe if the boycott news had never existed, this DLC would've never existed either.

get a job and quit bitching. Its a video game. If you don't see the value in it don't purchase it.

Well the PC one is out and it kinda sucks that microsoft is making you console owners pay.

It's not just microsoft, Valve could make it free if they REALLY wanted to, but the market has shown that console owners are willing to pay for DLC, and PC owners generally aren't. Kind of like how some artists have their music for free on their own website, but still sell it through itunes, and people still buy it. (Thought that's not a perfect analogy by any means)

Valve wanted it free but microsoft said it was unfair to others, look it up.

whether it's 560 or 800 points it is still not free like the pc version. I would like to thank microsoft for letting me know that I will purchase left for dead 2 on pc to avoid future issues.

Trying to make a quick 7-10 bucks will make them lose a lot of 60 bucks cuz I know I'm not the only one switching to the pc version...... but for now I guess I will shell out the $7.

Good campaign, a lot of different paths to take, even more so than the vanilla L4D campaigns. Playing it just reminded me how "done" I am with the game and maybe even the franchise.

Confused; you say it is a good campaign, even better than the starting maps, but you are done with the franchise?

Had a lot of fun with it in the single player and VS mode. Lots of bad connections and server issues.

I also kind of wish they made it a 3-level campaign with just the Finale as the 3rd level (like the other campaigns)

I'm surprised to see no comments about how glitchy the new DLC is. I played it a number of times yesterday and had lots of problems with the game freezing, players getting disconnected, walking through doorways to nowhere, discovering walls that weren't solid, etc. Lots of other players were griping about this, too.

Yeah, I had one play through last night. Incredibly glitchy. Loads of clipping issues, animation stutter/glitches and even some very poor placing of specials. Was this play tested at all?

I got a chance to play the DLC with a couple friends last night, and there were certainly a few things we enjoyed about it. But there were also a LOT of glitches. It kinda felt a little like we paid $7 to beta test a preview of a level. Even the achievements seem a little tacked on.
