PSA: Uncharted 2 multiplayer demo is live for all on PSN

If you didn't pre-order, reserve or otherwise "guarantee" your day-one copy of Uncharted 2: Among Thieves (we hear the game's pretty good!), your waiting to try out the game's life-eating multiplayer modes has come to an end. As promised by Naughty Dog, the multiplayer demo for Nate Drake's latest adventure is now available (albeit a bit behind schedule) via the PSN's PlayStation store for everyone.

If you own a PS3, it's pretty much your honor-bound duty to download it. You should also track down your pre-orderin' friends and prove that the head-start they got on you isn't going to help them in the slightest. (Insert diabolical laughter)

Well that was a good day break. I couldn't launch by pre-order demo yesterday ( I think it ended). But now the demo is back so there we go.

Pretty fun MP. Took a few games to figure out what the heck was going on though.

Played some of the demo last night. I enjoyed it, granted it won't be replacing Halo or CoD anytime soon, but it's obvious the developers put alot of work into it and it isn't just put in the game for the sake of having MP.

That's why I bought mine...so far I have played Uncharted all the way through. I've started Resistance, and played its MP a couple of times. I have demoed Killzone 2 and Resistance 2 and LBP. Nothing really stuck out as anything different except....

Uncharted. Single player was exciting, and the Uncharted 2 MP Beta has been fun so far. I wouldn't throw it up there with my favorite 360 shooters (Gears/Halo) but fun nonetheless. The sad thing is I have roughly 1.5 months to play this game, then everything is eclipsed by MW2.

Good demo though Naughty Dog, for sure a must buy.

dl'd the demo this morning--can't wait to try it out tonight.

yeah, pretty much all I've used my PS3 for as well....although I also bought Flower, Fat Princess and WarHawk

Yes. Isn't that great?

But I already played it like back in June.

Just played 4-5 rounds... seems okay.. I felt like I peppered guys with a full-clip and they didn't die.. even controlled taps from 50-80 yards and they didn't die.. I don't know... hopefully, having just borrowed Unch 1 from a friend, I will get a better understanding of control and perhaps improve through experience.

Still, I was very impressed with the focus work, graphics in general and sound.. again the movement is avery human and not very video-gamey, so I will have ot get used to that! :D

Yeah, I've not played the TDM that much for that reason. It might grow on me later, certainly not now. That's why I think the co-cop story and Gold Rush modes are more fun/less frustrating.

WOW, this was one of the most boring multiplayer games I've ever played. I am just amazed at what some people fine entertaining these days.

BTW Sony really needs to start providing headsets with consoles. I'm so tired of nobody talking. Geez are all PS3 owners really anti-social loners?

There's a good number of people who have put an insane number of time into this beta. You can really tell by the way they move.

Don't worry, you can always get better.

got 95% soon i will play it.

my god this game THIS GAME is just perfect in my eyes.
i never had so much fun with a demo before.
God when is the game coming out i cant wait anymore.

Just pre-ordered them sh!tz. Unfortunately, gonna try and stay away from this though, don't want anything to ruin my first experience with this game.

It's just a multiplayer demo, and that's the fun of it since it won't ruin the single player story :D
