BioWare has announced that it will make the Dragon Age: Origins character creator available for PC users starting October 13, giving prospective players the chance to roll their heroes a couple of weeks before the game hits US shelves on November 3 (November 6 for Europe).
The developer will also be opening the virtual doors to its new Dragon Age: Origins community site on the same day the character creator goes live. The creator software will be able to upload character data to the site for some yet-to-be-disclosed purposes, one of which we can only guess is showing off your mad skillz, yo. The only confirmed purpose: Using the character as your community site avatar. (So you can show off your sick style, yo.)
