The talk was a bit slow paced in some parts with a lot of umms and ahhs but it did contain a lot of useful information. This video would probably be very helpful for a new developer. Some of the stuff seems almost common-sense like but for those who lack common business sense, it's no doubt helpful.

Even though I'm not in the game-developing business, he had some great points that I'm certainly going to explore for my music sales online.
A lot of his advice applies cross-industry.
