Man I did the math and between now to new years there's 14-17 games that are being released on Xbox360 and PS3 that I want to play. I figure I'm going to do the Powerplay Program at Hollywood Video so I can play through as many as I can.
Since I have a job now that gives me Thanksgiving and Christmas break paid I know I'm going to plow through some games this Holiday season...

Man, I'm not getting a new PS3 for a while, I really want DJ hero and Brutal Legend. I'll probably pick up Uncharted as well, I just though the controls in multiplayer were frustrating as hell.

Yeah, the grenades are balanced but that doesn't really have anything to do with the controls. Like, for example, sometimes the cover works perfectly and other times I keep pressing circle and just keep doing a roll into the wall, leading to me dying. Pisses me off.

Joystiq, it would be nice to have an Edit button. There are some blogs and forums that allows you do to Edits only in the next 5 minutes, so that way, you can't edit your comments a lot. Oh, and also, it's been several years, and I think we the readers deserve a better comment system, please, with no failed replies, or with dissapearing comments, etc.

My roommate has a PS3, so I'll probably just let him pick up all of the PS3 games. He'll probably also get Brutal Legend, but I might still buy it anyway.

Forza 3. That's all I got cash for, so that's it. It'll keep me busy for months just like Forza 2 did, so there's no question as to its value.

You can buy two games next week at Toys r Us, and get a third game for free. Now... you can use one of the games as a placeholder... just don't open it, and exchange it next month to get New Super Mario. Bros Wii !

@Mr. ESC: I just don't have time to play a lot of games anymore, It's pretty much The Beatles Rock Band and other local multiplayer games like ODST Firefight and Smash Bros. on weekends. I think the only games I've purchased this year have been Flower on PS3 and Pokemon Platinum (last year it was Nuts & Bolts, Persona 4, and Prince of Persia), otherwise I play the games my fiancé buys whenever I get some expendable free time -which will definitely include Uncharted 2 and Brutal Legend. I probably won't even finish Ratchet & Clank until mid-December :)

Brutal Legend is my must-have for the month. I'd like to pick up Borderlands and A Boy and His Blob too, but I think I'll wait for reviews on those. Then there's a decent assortment of PS3 games I'd like to have (Demon's Souls, Uncharted 2, R&C) when I eventually pick up a PS3.
