Robotnik isn't my problem. If I had had my way, Sega would have closed after the failure of the Dreamcast, and all its intellectual properties would have been sold to the highest bidder.

I think you can create your own race with the game's character editor, so you can probably emulate a Hirogen.
However, I think the character must be roughly humanoid, so I think Species 8472 is out.
