Some of the Delta quadrant species are pretty ridiculously cool. I'd be frickin' pumped if there was.

I think you can create your own race with the game's character editor, so you can probably emulate a Hirogen.
However, I think the character must be roughly humanoid, so I think Species 8472 is out.
