Does someone have a picture of the actual PlaySega controller? Because that ain't it. It's an obvious render, but the joypad nevertheless has me worried that it's not up to the Saturn's standard of quality.

Or, you could just buy a Saturn and have a lot more fun than trials of games...

I bought Sega Superstars Tennis the other day for $14 (so like um, about 8-9 usd) and it was fucking awesome! I didnt know it had characters from JSR! It made me want a new JSR or Space Channel 5 pretty badly!

Growing up I never had a SEGA system of any kind. I was a diehard Nintendo fan. I recall the system wars of years past. I have played most SEGA systems @ some point in my life. Not sure if any of you remember K&B Toys, but before Toys R Us & Walmart came along & knocked them outta business, I would buy (rather my parents...unless I got birthday or Christmas money) most of my NES games from there.

I played Sonic The Hedgehog there on quite a few occasions. They would have the system behind the counter w/ a 13" tv on the shelf & you would ask them to play it. Ahh...the memories of videogames & my childhood.

Looking back now I am quite sad that I missed out on all of these great SEGA games that were popular in my childhood. There were many times of playing SEGA games in the arcade. Afterburner & Altered Beast being the main ones.

My cousin had a Genesis & SEGA CD. I remember him having Ground Zero Texas & I was like WOW Full Motion Video is the most awesome thing in games! Thankfully 3D took over instead of FMV.

One day I will own you SEGA CD, 32x, Saturn, & Dreamcast...one day...when I have more money.

hmmm tempting I could use another street fighter IV fight pad... 15 bucks sounds reasonable...especially coming with three months of genesis.

I was browsing thru a website earlier & saw this peripheral for the Genesis. It was like a ring you stand in but it had sensors so you could play fighting games. Come to think of it, it seemed based on this site that the Genesis had more peripherals than Nintendo did.

I also recall playing the Turbo Grafx 16 @ a mom & pop electronics store in the mall. I recall playing Bonk at the time & really liking it. Hmm... Turbo Grafx 16...I must own you as well.

That was the Activator. An innovative device, but not the best working one. The whole motion control concept was better realized with the Wiimote, as flawed as that is.
