The release dates listed on Steam pages usually aren't the original release dates, but instead the dates when said games were released on Steam itself. (Indiana Jones and the Last Crusade was most certainly not released to the world just this July.) This, of course, does not apply to games released simultaneously through Steam and retail.

I picked up Titan Quest for $4 months back on Impulse. So basically, yea, there have been better deals.

I might pick up S.T.A.L.K.E.R. and Saints Row 2 if the price is right.

Dunno, which one's better? If it's a real good discount I might just pick up both.

If its THQ only, only the first Stalker was published by them so that will be the only one on sale.

The price was right for both ($5 each) on Direct2Drive a few weeks back during the 5th anniversary sale. The Saints Row 2 key from D2D could be registered on Steam too...

The 66% off sale for all Valve games was still the most epic sale ever.

Oh god, that almost turned into a Kanye West thing.

It's too bad so many of the games in the Direct2Drive sale were from THQ... I doubt there will be too many games to snap up this week as I've kinda loaded up on $5 THQ titles during the D2D sale already...
