Konami not silent about Silent Hill: Shattered Memories' European release date

While the Eurogamer article references the uncertain American release date, no answer is given. Either the release date is being moved to 2010 worldwide, or Europe has the usual delay after the American date. The uncertainty is by far the scariest aspect of this game! Either that or the nightmare world that alters itself to more directly involve your worst fears. One of those.

It always annoys me when big publishers stay silent on a release date. Especially for a game that has been getting some attention. Just dolling out a release date for Europe is a little odd.

So, it will come out in November?
Right?!

Are they giving us the "business man" lingo? :(
"It will absolutely postively be released indefinitely in the near possible future! ;D"

So the wait for a horror game continues on. And to think, this was supposed to make up for the lack of Fatal Frame.
Maybe I should replay Silent Hill 2, the last horror game I played so many moons ago. Or maybe I should give The Grudge a twirl. Then again, something about that game looks a little wank.

This game is definitely on my list, even after the delay, which puts it beside a ton of other anticipated delayed 2010 titles. It's very rare that a developer, especially a 3rd part developer, takes such a well word franchise and adapts it so well to the Wii platform. I know that Shattered Memories will be appearing on other systems, but the Wii version is looking the most promising, and the graphics also look quite nice, which shows they actually tried, unlike many other Wii devs.
