Case, look at my other lengthy reply since I'm too lazy to reference it here, lol. If this was to be applied as a client/player-side ability, then the $50 webcam element would be a key factor.

Surely it could affect gameplay .... perhaps in interactions with other AI controlled characters they could interpret your body language... and accuse you of lying for example (eyes to the left whilst making a statement) or perhaps you could check a girl out in a game like Fable and raise your eyebrow.... and get a reaction!

That would be great....

Actually, there's a story behind the name

First, the HL1 engine is referred to as GoldSrc.
The HL2 engine is referred to as Source.
