I haven't played MGS3 either, but I thought those comics were still hilarious.

I think what nighttime meant to say is that it doesnt matter because once you get that flux capacitator into a delorean, you can just go back and fix your mistakes later.

I think you guys are being strange... there's no way that people would support him with a smileyface as long as the content was good, he'd probably be ripped to shreds. And for goodness sakes if you're trying to will someone into a two-guy-and-maybe-a-girl comic so help me.

Really? Don't get me wrong, I prefer the mouse/keyboard setup, but the console environment is quite fun in its own right and is doing just fine with gamepads and these new-fangled motion devices. The OPTION of using a keyboard/chatpad is nice, but pushing it onto someone? Nah, man. Nah.

How much do cheap USB keyboards cost though?
I'm sure anyone using Twitter/Facebook on the 360 will have one.

2P Starts NEVER mentioned the PS3, they just used the Xbox as an example of writing with the normal controller because it is getting twitter now. They could just as well have used the PS3 for their joke when using the web browsed or when writing a message to a friend. It's a shame that they didn't, now we have to put up with retards like you.

I'm not saying force someone to use a chatpad/keyboard, but you should have one or the other in your house. Even if you don't, the chatpad, which is awesome BTW, is 20 dollars and a no-thrills USB keyboard is 5-10 dollars. It's just stupid not to have one. That should also answer Snowblinds question. You should get the chatpad, IMO. You'll love it if you use MSN and messaging alot like I do.

@nighttime: Sadly, the 360 does not do auto complete or suggestions. That is one up that the PS3 has in the messaging department.

Try and get familiar with comic cliches (a quick browse through a newspaper comics section could yield a ready supply of "don'ts" in comics). You're only going to get better as you do more strips, so don't stop now.

I suggest hand-lettering or finding a better font to go with your strip, as the current one seems very off-putting compared to the more hand-drawn nature of the characters.

One last thing: Gradients are a cheap effect and are very amateurish-looking. Try to go for a more subtle gradient, add backgrounds, or hatching. Is this all pencil?

Uncharted2 had that running. And the devs had to disable it cause it tweeted too often.

Naughty Dog DID NOT disable tweeter updates. They only disabled it during the beta so that other people would stop being jealous at the ones who got in.

Also, the idea did not suck (I don't like it, but it doesn't suck). You on the other end, suck.

While there are no Twitter Achievement updates, there are Facebook Achievement updates, so I guess that's good for you, right?

I bet that the 360 will have some options like Uncharted 2 (http://www.consolemonster.com/images/news/uc2twit2.jpg) that will prevent Twitter from getting too cluttered with crap updates like getting an Achievement/a Trophy.

@bagels: Really? You're the first person to mention that. Are they poorly written or just a general distraction? We added after doing about 50 or so comics because we thought it might bring an inside view on how the comic changed. You think it's a bad idea?
