Tekken 6 launch tournament promises to 'be hype'

You can be sure that we'll be in attendance -- we're going with the hopes of being able to shake the hand of the person responsible for the panda-booting screenshot above. That thing has brought so much joy into our lives, and we'd like to personally thank its progenitor.

The Panda is hilarious!
I watched some videos of it, had to check it out... Its costume with sun glasses is classic.

I can imitate the voice of the announcer in the Tekken games perfectly. It's infinitely better than any parlor trick that you might have. And it's the same voice as the movie preview guy.

I don't get why they don't add Tag as an option in all tekkens. that was easily the best one. I'm sick of tekken just because the matches go so quick.

So... is the panda supposed to be an actual panda, or some kind of Ranma 1/2 nonsense? (Kung Fu Panda would be interesting, but unlikely...)

Kuma is Heihachi's pet/bodyguard. Panda is the palette swap, and is Xiaoyu's pet/bodyguard.
No Ranma stuff. Proper Kung Fu Panda this time (except that Panda is a chick, and Kuma's the dude, so Panda's customs are bikinis and the like).
