Does this remind anyone of A Link to the Past, but with a super cool/unique art style with gorgeous graphics?
I'm heavily interested!
TypeF @ Oct 22nd 2009 4:44PM
looks like zelda: a link to the past + lego together
WREturns (Please buy and rate my iPhone game, Shape Tapper!) @ Oct 22nd 2009 4:54PM
I was just wondering how it was that From Software got the rights to Lego Zelda.
Darkfocus @ Oct 22nd 2009 6:46PM
"looks like zelda: a link to the past + lego together"
or you know 3d pixels :/ seriously the only thing that looks like lego are those grey blocks in the dungeon has no one seen pixels before?
Moris @ Oct 22nd 2009 7:18PM
I guess alot of people staring into their PC monitors don't realize there are pixels right in front of them XD

Spelunker tells us about 3D Dot Game Heroes
"It's basically a slightly less top view Gameboy Zelda game (the only Zelda games I've ever played and that I absolutely love) but without Link and Zelda. Don't worry, we still have Cuccos." :P
I can't wait to play this!
MRLN (The Comment God) @ Oct 22nd 2009 4:43PM
Armos statues and a master sword? Bought. Even without a PS3, it's still bought.
Heavytoka @ Oct 22nd 2009 4:45PM
This game looks sweet, Must play it now!
Phil @ Oct 22nd 2009 5:14PM
I really hope this sees a stateside release. It looks to be chock full of win.
AmishPhysicist @ Oct 22nd 2009 5:15PM

Punkrawk Bbob @ Oct 22nd 2009 5:53PM
Game looks like a hoot. Really hope this gets localized in the US.
killdash9 @ Oct 22nd 2009 7:15PM
Here's what I got out of what I could read. It's an adventure RPG throwback to 2D 80s games (duh). The controls are simple: left stick moves the character, O button attacks, R1 guards, and X fires your subweapon. There is an onscreen key map as well (which shows that L1 brings up a map, Triangle for the menu, and Square for dash). Your character is charged with finding 6 people . . . though I could not read what kind of people. The end goal is to gain the 6 light orbs (yes, light orbs, like in FF1) which will grant the power to defeat the demon king. Anything else he said was either filler or was something I couldn't read.
Acorn @ Oct 23rd 2009 12:17PM
The 6 people are philosophers, although in this context, I'm assuming they're sort of sorcerers.
Vectorious @ Oct 24th 2009 6:36AM
Cool Minecraft mod.
fadeoutagain2784 @ Oct 22nd 2009 9:41PM
This game looks great - definitely one to keep an eye on. I agree that the gameplay is VERY reminiscent of old school Zelda - but it was obviously also influenced by Dragon Quest... I mean just listen to the music in this video! Plus the characters look like 3D versions of the sprites in the NES DQ games. All of this just makes me more interested in the game though!
Michael T [Planeteer | Power of Mr. T] @ Oct 22nd 2009 10:30PM
Wow. My comment is amazingly redundant because apparently I couldn't be bothered to read ALL the comments. ::facepalm::
Well said, sir.
Michael T [Planeteer | Power of Mr. T] @ Oct 22nd 2009 10:28PM
Hmm...8-bit Zelda gameplay, visuals and music reminiscent of 8-bit Dragon Quest?
DAY ONE PURCHASE. (assuming stateside release)
Nickytetlow @ Oct 24th 2009 10:02PM
This game makes me happy in my pants.
Au @ Oct 23rd 2009 11:06PM
Dear lord I hope it isn't Atlus that ends up localizing this game. They'll sodden it with shanty voice acting and crap translations.
