CBS bringing Diagnosis Murder, some other stuff to gaming platforms

We're assuming it's a Visceral-developed "dark" take on the DM mythos, with a Gothic Dr. Mark Sloan walking a demonic version of Los Angeles, solving murder mysteries with a caduceus-shaped staff dipped in angel blood. We assume this because we laid out the design doc pretty clearly in our letters, and we can't fathom why CBS would want to disappoint us.

so...having this mindless programming on the TV is no longer enough - they must bring more shit to the vidgame industry.
I hope every one of these titles bomb and they all post losses.

Easy there. I liked Diagnosis: Murder. Fun show.
That being said, I'm pretty sure the game will suck. Call it a hunch.
Edward @ Nov 4th 2009 7:44AM
Diagnosis:...Stupid

Dick van Dyke pulled me over once for speeding. He asked where I was going in such a hurry, and all I could say was "I LOVED you in Diagnosis: Murder!" He wrote me a ticket for $180 and four points. He's an asshole. The End.
Ryo @ Nov 4th 2009 7:34PM
Did Dick Van Dyke pull you over while he was driving Chitty Chitty Bang Bang?
ChomskyKnows @ Nov 4th 2009 10:07AM
LOL!
uncle jesse @ Nov 4th 2009 10:37AM
Look at them. Staring at me with their smug faces. If I could read their minds, I'm pretty sure they would all be saying, "SUCK IT!"
moominsean @ Nov 4th 2009 10:47AM
my guess is that half the reason they do this is to boost dvd sales. put out a cheap game, someone sees the title and decides to check out the show.
Mr Mobius - the wandering artist @ Nov 4th 2009 11:00AM
Diagnosis Murder? No!
Quincy? Yes! A million times yes! Make it happen!
Dr. steve brule @ Nov 4th 2009 11:05AM
i would like to think that an awesome new IP was flushed down the toilet and this was made instead.
... btw, is that lisa turtle?
Covarr @ Nov 4th 2009 11:19AM
This game will suck.
I don't say that as a hater of Diagnosis: Murder, because I loved that show. No, I say this game will suck because there's about a 100% chance that they'll ignore everything that was ever worthwhile about the show, and make it into a generic mystery game without Dick Van Dyke.
Diskoboy7 @ Nov 4th 2009 1:24PM
Three words: Murder. She. Wrote.
Now someone hand me my Geritol.
