I prefer to cook actually. I am a chemist, so what I do for work really resembles cooking, but thank goodness I don't have to eat it if a reaction fails!

I prefer to cook. Cooking produces some wonderful things (BBQ Ribs, Turkey, etc), baking is just the after though of a meal. The desert to fill that little bit of space you have left in your belly. Cooking it the top dog!

My favorite childhood memories are helping my mom in the kitchen as she baked sugar cookies, pies and cakes for all the Holidays. I love you mom!
