Sweet. I can get aluminum siding AND Left 4 Dead 2 in one magnificent car ride.
Damian @ Nov 5th 2009 11:59AM
Tis the season for human crushing.

I hope that siding is environmentally friendly.
captainprotonx @ Nov 5th 2009 3:06PM
You can use the siding to barricade yourself indoors when the great zombie plague begins.
Judd @ Nov 5th 2009 3:48PM
It says Left 4 Dead and not Left 4 Dead 2 under Sears. I assume that's a typo.
esposch @ Nov 5th 2009 6:17PM
WTF man!?
You're not getting World of Zoo!?
Filthy Assistant @ Nov 5th 2009 7:59PM
Is World of Zoo named so nonsensically in a deliberate attempt to cause confusion with World of Goo? Because that's what I always see it as at first.
VaultBoy @ Nov 6th 2009 6:17AM
K Mart still exists? All the ones in my area closed.
VaultBoy @ Nov 6th 2009 6:21AM
Correction...World of Goo is a game. World of Zoo is a glorified screensaver. Prove me wrong.
Filthy Assistant @ Nov 6th 2009 6:30AM
I have no idea what World of Zoo is, I just keep seeing its name and thinking it's Goo for a second. Goo was definitely worth the penny, though.

Many people are really rushing-in to department stores and retail shops to avail of big discounts this coming black friday up to cyber monday. It's a great time to save hundreds of dollars on selected items. Here's a good addition to your list:

Just make sure you wake up early guys and avoid that "turkey-i-want-to-sleep syndrome" :D

Nice post

Dragon Age, L4D2... mmmmaybe Halo
gordo @ Nov 5th 2009 1:03PM
You can also get those titles for twenty bucks at Gamestop with two trades.
Options.
http://www.gamestop.com/trade2
Filthy Assistant @ Nov 5th 2009 8:00PM
Wowzers you can get a game for 20 dollars with the trade-in of 2 select games, all of which would probably get you 20 or so anyway? WHAT A DEAL
tmacairjordan87 @ Nov 5th 2009 11:44AM
Some ok deals if you waited on some of those big ps3/360 games (shame on you if you did though) but personally I see nothing good on that. I'm waiting for the Amazon deals since they're pretty good with those.
Granger @ Nov 5th 2009 11:50AM
For some reason, I'm not ashamed that I waited in the least bit. I got to accomplish all the tasks that would have taken away from playing these games, I didn't have to juggle four or five games at once and play them sporadically not being able to soak them in, and I saved a small fortune on this ridiculously expensive hobby.
Now I can spend Winter Break playing three or four great looking games almost non-stop. If anyone else takes up this deal, you should all be very proud of yourselves.

I might actually jump on that Assassins Creed 2 for free with the PSP AC bundle....keep the game and sell the PSP as I already have a PSP-3000 and one is good enough
Temidien @ Nov 5th 2009 11:52AM
As always, I'll wait for Amazon's response before deciding what to do on BF.
joeybeast @ Nov 5th 2009 12:05PM
If you do go on Black Friday, it'll be like a preview of L4D2.
dark_inchworm (stronger than never, ever before) @ Nov 5th 2009 12:23PM
DEALS HERE
docalien @ Nov 5th 2009 12:47PM
Francis wouldn't shop on Black Friday. He hates deals. And shopping. Unless its for vests, which he loves.
Chris @ Nov 5th 2009 12:48PM
I agree, amazon had some pretty good deals last year.
mywhitenoise @ Nov 5th 2009 12:59PM
You can practically already get those deals right on Amazon...these BF deals suck.
Necrotix @ Nov 5th 2009 11:52AM
Batman, Dragon Age, L4D2, and H3 ODST for 40 bux each? WOOT PWNAGE! Glad I waited on picking these up!
Chris D.(PSN: Aggie_CEO | XBL:The Aggie CEO | Steam: Aggie_CEO @ Nov 5th 2009 11:59AM
uhhh Batman has been under $40 numerous times
pibs @ Nov 5th 2009 11:55AM
How I wish $39.99 was the standard pricing for this generations games.
I wonder why nobody is putting consoles on sale, Walmart is doing the $100 360 deal this week. The PSP AC Bundle sounds great if you own a PS3, otherwise AC2 becomes a Gamestop tradein.
Chris D.(PSN: Aggie_CEO | XBL:The Aggie CEO | Steam: Aggie_CEO @ Nov 5th 2009 12:03PM
they hardly make any money off consoles in the first place....thats why they simply bundle them with stuff...

I love black Friday, I hate it as well. Angry soccer moms are scary as hell when it comes to these kinds of things.
Chris D.(PSN: Aggie_CEO | XBL:The Aggie CEO | Steam: Aggie_CEO @ Nov 5th 2009 12:01PM
yea that is about the ONLY time of year where a 90lbs 4'10" white woman will step to a 295lbs 6'4" black man and REALLY act like they gonna do something because I have 2 Elmo's.....dammit I have 2 little girls...I can get 2 of whatever the fuck I want....
tmacairjordan87 @ Nov 5th 2009 12:02PM
Just stay away from the Wii and DS isle and you should be ok.
yolarrydabomb @ Nov 5th 2009 12:13PM
no black fridays for me.
stupid punk ass was trying to steal shit off my cart makes one angry Larry :|
butaneko @ Nov 5th 2009 12:22PM
I don't know why I look at these lists. I can't imagine waiting on line for these events no matter how good the deal.
sonicspike41 @ Nov 5th 2009 1:15PM
Last year I got Dead Space for $30 almost immediately after it released thanks to a Black Friday deal at Target. There was virtually no line at the games department. If you go early (I went somewhere around 9-10am I think) you should find no line, or at the least a small line.
Good luck with the bargins.
Maulok @ Nov 5th 2009 12:25PM
Nothing worth braving the snow and crowds at these stores, especially after all the buy 2 get 1 free deals over the last few weeks.
I'll be under a blanket in turkey coma :-)
rudolphe @ Nov 5th 2009 12:26PM
ahh, shootings and riots are sure to ensue
Bryan T @ Nov 5th 2009 12:26PM
Yes!!!
High School Musical Dance 3 Bundle w/ Pad - $9.99
dark_inchworm (stronger than never, ever before) @ Nov 5th 2009 12:28PM
I'm one of those broke-ass punks that prowls for $20-or-less goodies, so sadly, there is nothing for me here. Actually, it's probably a good thing, as that gives me two fewer places to worry about.
And hell no I don't want Game Party!
Alex @ Nov 5th 2009 12:29PM
Damn, was gonna wait a few months for Left 4 Dead 2 but it looks like I can get it for the same price on Black Friday. Hopefully I can find it online for that price so I can stay home and digest.
Massmass @ Nov 5th 2009 12:30PM
These "deals" get more lame every year.
charlie b. @ Nov 5th 2009 12:48PM
i think it's a reaction after people, you know, DIED at wal-mart during a stampede.
mywhitenoise @ Nov 5th 2009 1:01PM
Yeah right Charlie. One death isn't going to stop companies from making a shitload of sales on the biggest shopping day of the year.
Massmass @ Nov 5th 2009 1:28PM
You do realize people died or got trampled EVERY year before the Walmart incident, don't you?
Also, it was one walmart. It wasn't an epidemic. It was a stupid manager who planned very poorly for the very stupid people.
Considering the entire point of these deals is to get people in your store to buy other things, they could be a lot more creative and smarter about it. 20-50% off coupons on up to 1k in purchases would go a lot further. Even with the inevitable restrictions. It'd also be safer.
Point is simple though, before you could actually get good deals and steals but it's becoming condescending lately and the economy has little to do with it since again, the point of these tramplefests is to get more customers in your store to make side purchases. Most don't even do that, even.
charlie b. @ Nov 5th 2009 2:21PM
i really need to add /cynicism to the end of my posts...
Traceur_Ryuk [Founder of The Anti-EMCB(tm) Brigade] (PSN: Ryuk_shinigami) @ Nov 5th 2009 4:46PM
It's Kmart and Sears. They never have good deals.
Me @ Nov 5th 2009 12:38PM
A step up from "door buster" deals should be "security guard trampler" deals.
WREturns [Planeteer I Power of The Final Countdown] @ Nov 5th 2009 12:46PM
Seriously? For fucking real? A blu-ray remote with the purchase of a PS3? That's the lamest fucking thing since FDR.
Aaron H. @ Nov 5th 2009 1:36PM
too soon man....too soon...
Nate Addison @ Nov 5th 2009 2:23PM
