Command & Conquer 4: Tiberian Twilight will set upon retail on March 16 in North America and March 19 in Europe. The game will conclude the Tiberium storyline started many dusks and dawns ago in what was then Westwood's cherished RTS franchise. Pre-orders will grant access to the multiplayer beta, along with the game's soundtrack and a bonus mission.
Meanwhile, if the rumors are accurate, the Command & Conquer team can sadly expect to receive their dismissal papers from Electronic Arts around that time. It must be disturbing to live life like Rell the Cyclops (you know, from Krull!) and know the time of your own termination.

Oh, I bet this will be as well supported with DLC as Halo Wars was...

What is with this new obsession for DLC? You're already paying for a game and all you expect is that they make more stuff for it that have to pay for as well? It wasn't 5 years when you bought a game, that all you got, unless an expansion came out, and only then did they come out for games that made lots of money. If you first thought when you hear about a new game is when they're releasing extra stuff, then you're pretty damn ridiculous.

Yeah. Screw Krull. I see that as more of a Blade Runner reference.
"Tears in the Rain" = one of the most epic monologues ever.

The fact that there's less base building in this than there was even in Halo Wars is severely disturbing to me as someone who grew up with Command and Conquer.
EA managed to do very well (IMO) in recreating that classic C&C feel with Tiberium Wars, but for whatever reason, they saw fit to ruin Red Alert with RA3, and now they appear to be doing the same thing to the Tiberian series with C&C4.
EA needs to realize that Command and Conquer fans want a COMMAND AND CONQUER game, not Dawn of War 2 Guest Starring Kane.

I agree 110% with you, thought I was the only one that noticed that they ruined Ra.
The Ts3 is a good attempt but the more they try to "better" the c&c series the worse it becomes (look at generals, every so bad). It's obvious they try to copy Warcraft with the BS upgrades and alternate abilities and other features from other games. Don't get me wrong it does spice it up but I still prefer Ts, simple and to the point (hate the new harvesters AI)
And the acting is so lame even if its celeb. actors. Nod was waymore badass back in the day with "Kane live through death" and "Peace through power". I didn't mind having an actor that represented the player. The strong silent type is overrated...
Long live KANE!

So will the crack be available march 16, cause the game will be on torrents by then. I'll buy a copy when EA ports this to 360 (or Wii but it wont be ported to Wii for sure).

TibWars and Kane's Wrath were great. Then I went back and replayed RA2/YR for the millionth time in anticipation for RA3, only to get it and promptly begin asking "What the FUCK is this shit?"
Red Alert was always great because it was kinda silly but the art style wasn't - it let the concepts speak for themselves, like mind-controlled giant squid. Then RA3 rolls around and EA's new dev teams interpreted RA1/RA2 humor as something that needed "LOL WACKY" art, which completely dumped the series into "fucking stupid" territory.
Also they dumped Kari Wuhrer. Bastards.

Hmm I'm 50/50 here, EA and C&C is a bad taste in my mouth even though I buy the damn game anyway, damn it! No really this is a Halo Wars all over again but it would be nice to see an end to Kane, fingers crossed lol.
