But... I thought he just fainted...?

Didn't he? Oh my God, I'll never look at pokemon the same way again.

Sure, you may have caused it to faint, but how long do you think it would survive out there in the wild, completely fainted, without medical care, and surrounded by wild, carnivorous Pokemon?

Killing them is probably more humane then say stuffing them into tiny balls and throwing them into a matrix like storage system. Just saying.
AND DAMMIT HE WAS IN MY WAY!!!!

I'm surprised that something decent has been created from BiTF...So it gets my vote.
Hopefully that means it'll continue actually trying to make content.

Dammit they were all good, but obviously brawl in the family takes the gold for the musical accompaniment/ karaoke stylings

my first vote EVER for bitf, next week it will go back to being shit, so I'd wager this burst of creativity will be short lived.

everybody who downvoted me obviously has forgotten that every BiTF comic usually involves kirby turning into something. same punchline over and over and over.

like i said, i voted for ode to minions, it is awesome- i just wish they would keep that kind of creativity up on a weekly basis. But I think we all know it won't happen.

Obviously, you don't read BitF. It has been ages since they did a kirby eating comic.

BitF is one of the most creative webcomics on the internet. There are so many weird things that we just accept in video games, and just when you think BitF can't find any more to masterfully make fun of, they do.

It was rather unfair, given that it was BitF's 200th. They had a reason to go above and beyond, though that's much more effort than most webcomics ever take for any reason

Extra Life and Monday Night Crew could have been in contention, in another week.

I wonder if it was a bad idea to put BitF first. I voted for it but I wonder if most even looked at the rest after that amazing comic.

Brawl in the Family this week, without a doubt. Very good work.

Also... inverted for life! Well, only with analog sticks... with mouse and keyboard, I play normal.

But with an analog stick, inverted is just more natural... kinda hard to explain, but... I found this explanation in the comment section from Extra Life:

"You have a joystick, put it on the back of somebody’s head. When you push up on the joystick, which way does the person’s face look? It looks down. That’s how I thought of it when I first started playing first person shooters on consoles."

That's basically how my mind works when playing FPS on a console.

It's the opposite for me. On both PC and console I play regular/non-inverted. The only time I play inverted is in flying games. Strange, but to me for shooting up is always up.

However, whenever I'm in third person view I prefer inverted for some reason. Whenever a game lumps the two together it gets really awkward trying to play. Strange I'm sure, but that's just how I play.

This is seriously exactly the way I think when I'm playing an FPS. Why all the inverter hate in their comments, too?

I always play inverted on N64 shooters, and I played inverted on pretty much all console shooters until I finally sat down and played Halo (Pretty much after Time Splitters 2 games stopped offering the legacy move/turn and look/strafe options). The first shooter I played religiously though was Lost Planet, and that game had a floating reticle, almost like you were aiming a light gun, so it always seemed natural to play that game normal... After that, I can't even go back to inverted unless it's a flight game, sim or otherwise.

From the get go, the Ode To Minions from Brawl in the Family was okay (though I would of picked the Digital Unrest one cause it's a nod to Assassin's Creed), but when I found out the one singing was Bowser I was laughing so hard. They def deserve to win this one.

Dammit, I hate agreeing with Bobby Kotick and don't really care for BitF, and yet now I find myself agreeing with Bobby and loving BitF.

What is wrong with this world!?

Oh, and has a single comic ever pulled over 70 percent in the voting before? Cause as of now this one is.

Assassin's Creed Teaches (Digital Unrest) and Rise and Shop, The Walking Dead (Monday Night Crew) were awesome but the sheer amount of work and effort put into Ode to Minions (Brawl in the Family) deserves my vote.

Wow, Darth.

From worry to love in just one day. Actually I had another gaming related comic this week.

http://www.dipswitchcomics.com/141

I thought it was pretty good. Also, BitF winning this week is both a great thing, for the sheer effort and skill/craft involved, and unnerving, because what the hell must we do from now on to compete?

Only one thing.

Cure cancer.

So, Dipswitch hereby begins its quest to cure cancer. And like as not with a jaunty tune!

(Congrats BitF, you guys definitely deserved the win this week.)

Well Joystiq, since you seem to need a site for the comic and wouldn't accept the comics themselves, we've made a site for just that purpose! Everyone can look forward to seeing Gaming Webcomic Assfuck Jamboree in the wrapup next week!

Here's a preview:
