Can we stop with the feigned outrage with every new music game announced? Just be glad as a consumer you have your choice of many games. In Russia games have choice of you.

Considering what they did with Guitar Hero 5, I'm excited to see what GH:VI has in store. You know, you didn't HAVE to buy everything between World Tour and GH5.. since all the band titles were on GH:WT's engine just with different artwork, if you compare the GH:WT to GH5 there really is a great improvement.

5's graphics and animation really were great.

The track list and charting, on the other hand...

God, if they'd just fix the charting I'd be more than happy to drink the Activision kool aide again.

I know charting is a subjective opinion, but I just don't enjoy playing the majority of the new GH songs as much, at least compared to GH1 and GH2 as well as that other Rhythm game title.

Saturday Night's Alright for Fighting was the most unfun piece of shit ever. Too bad, since I like the song.

Not a bad choice.

But I will only buy another music game if it says "Rock Band/Guitar Hero: Foreigner".

Harmonix, Activision...GET BUSY.

I used to support this series; I bought GHWT instead of RB2, but they had nothing but crap DLC, and then not even a year after the game being out, they drop support for GHWT DLC completely. So, in short, fuck GH. There's no reason to support this antiquated series anymore. RB has or will have the majority of the songs worth playing as DLC, and Harmonix actually supports their game for more than a year. I bet they've already set a timeline for the end of GH5 DLC.

GHWT was the last GH title to come home with me - the sets sucked. Got tired of slogging through crap music - wasn't interested in the DLC (hey, if the stock tracks suck...why am I going to give you bells?) - according to the N Channel - I think WT logged a total of maybe 35 hours, compared to 175 for GH3.

GH has been collecting dust, ever since RB2 came home. It's going to stay that way too.

Suck it Kodick!

Wait I shouldn't give out idea's if they haven't thought about it yet. Wait what am I saying this is activision they already thought of it.

I HATE THAT SONG!

Why is he complaining about signs for? tesla, "Oh I hate signs, they are all over the place and so uuuggly. I just don't look at them!"(adjusts girly hair like a girl) guy that doesn't mind signs says, "WAIT! YOU'RE WALKING STRAIGNGH......" Tesla walks over a cliff to their death. Guy, "..Gt off of a cliff. Damn, if only they would have paid attention to that sign."

(Dream Story END)

why can't GH6 come out in 20 years, by then there won't be any crap filler games, since every band, decade, and genre ever will have their own game

Or it could be DLC. Seriously, the Guitar Hero franchise is basically Madden stuck on fast forward.

Next year we'll see this, Band Hero 2, DJ Hero 2, and probably 1 or 2 band specific games. Maybe another specialty game similar to Rock the 80s. They'll keep on milking the cow. Hell, I wouldn't be surprised if we saw both 6 and 7 next year

Is this their way of saying we won't see anymore GH5 DLC and that you'll have to upgrade to GH6 just to be able to use any of the new "packs" that will come out only after a new game release?

Yea! I got a tip printed. lol

At any rate, I'm a huge Tesla fan (hence finding the blurb about GH6) and would much rather see them in Rock Band. Hopefully Harmonix is listening.
