In the market for Nathan Drake's latest adventure but not trying to spend a hidden fortune on it? Amazon.com's Cyber Monday deals are here to help, offering Uncharted 2 for only $40, among other great deals. How about Left 4 Dead 2 for $40? Or maybe you'd prefer a 60-hour-long fantasy RPG for the same price? Amazon has you covered.

Look, we'd keep listing deals here, but there's kind of a lot. So pick your console of choice (Nintendo Wii / DS, PlayStation 3, or Xbox 360) and check out all the savings for yourself. While it's not quite Steam levels of insane price drops, we're quite partial to games for a third or more off normal retail price. Aren't you?

Great, no PSP games. I think this was the worse black Friday & cyber Monday for PSP games. There was nothing on sale on any store.

what about the Buy.com sales? I just picked up another Rock Bank wireless guitar+AC/DC track disc for $26...plus Google Checkout has a $5 off $30 coupon as well which I used after padding the order

Target's got Metroid Prime Trilogy for $30, and Newegg has MadWorld for $13 and The Conduit for $15

Though what i'm really after is a great deal on an external HDD. I need something to store my miscellaneous multimedia files.

Thanks for the heads up on MP trilogy. I just bought a Wii today, and got a $20 gift card from target. Now I have the perfect use for it.

those deals came and went. staples had a 1 terabite for 70, walmart had a worse one for 70, also one terabite.

I settled for circuit city's 90 dollar 1 terabite as it was the only one with good reviews and no software. just plug and go.

Frys.com has/had (haven't checked since this morning) a 1.5TB USB 2 drive for 99. I forget if it was seagate or WD.

I never even heard of cyber monday until a couple days ago, and I guess I know why now...those deals are not that great. Looking through the DS section to find something other than mario and luigi to play for my new DS was painful (would have had a bunch of games today if not for Gamestop).

I guess the Uncharted deal isn't too shabby. It's almost making me consider buying it again, but I just traded it in. GH Metallica for $25 is pretty sweet too.

To clarify what I meant about Gamestop, they put in a new policy where you can't cancel a preorder unless you preorder something else. As little as 6 months ago they would give the money back on your Edge card, then around September they changed that to where you had to spend the money there.

Long story short, they screwed up my x-mas spending by not letting me use the $50 or so I had in a preorder on some DS games.

You know, is finding a good Wii title as hard as finding a good DS title? If so, I'm never buying a Wii.

I love my DS, but finding good games is a bitch.

I know what I want for my ds, made up a list of like 30 somethin games but I was hoping Amazon had some good deals. Seemed like they had nothing but shitty Disney games on sale.

But yeah, if you don't already know what you're going to buy for Wii/DS, it's a massive pain in the ass finding something good. You have to sift through hundreds of shovelware games.

I know seeing the DS section at Gamestop makes my eyes bleed.

That might be why I only own six titles for my DS...but they're all among the best titles for the system.

Only go looking for Wii and DS games if you know what you're looking for, never go in hoping to just find something. You always have to be prepared.

You must be shopping at a weird gamestop...what I'm saying is that policy doesn't exist. I've canceled preorders many of times, yeah they try to keep you from canceling but if you put cash down, then it's yours. Unless, you paid for your preorders in store credit...then they can only give it back to you in credit.

window-shopping for a good DS game is as hard as window-shopping a good Wii game, certainly. You have to know what you're after

Of course, i've found that to be the case with video games in general, as long as i've been playing. I never shop around

Between Dead Space, Red Alert 3, L4D2, Demon's Souls, Bowser's Inside Story, and Dragon Age...I'm set for the rest of the year.
