Neat concept. Glad they could make a nice package for it.

Sounds like a good deal, though I can't imagine what it's going to create when it finds such gems as David Allen's Getting Things Done or, well, the Joystiq podcast itself! (the latter most likely producing much awesome)

Also cool that they're releasing the game they had already finished but couldn't previously release. +1 brownie points.

SS was pretty cool for a bit, but I simply cannot continue to play a game that turns my favourite Boston tracks shitty bronze warriors while giving Ashlee Simpson the gold.

Not that I have Ashlee Simpson on my iPod, of course.

That and it begins to feel supremely mediocre after playing Disgaea, Jeanne, or FFT.

If you`ve already got a PSP, I wouldn`t recommend getting this one; the interface is clunky and while there is fun to be had in character creation, the whole thing seems almost random, with about 5 or so set characters it creates with different names and stats.

Meh...it's not bad for a 5 dollar game.

$6 game. You have been fooled by the .99.

Unless games are 4.99 where you are.

I thought that the iPhone SDK didn't allow devs to access your music collection? I.E. that's why procedurally generated music games aren't on the App Store.

How is that going to work?

Yeah, that's what I thought as well. This is what the Audio Surf developers claimed as to why their product isn't coming to the iPhone.

Badison, that link you made states it can import PLAYLISTS. I don't think it implies music connection.

It would suck if this game only acknowledges your song titles, rather than importing the music tracks and putting them in the game.

Looks like I might need to buy an iPod Touch. This game is one of my favorite games on my iPod. I put lots of time into it during driver's ED :)

Oh, and for those who haven't figured it out, the system it uses is sometimes really random. Like, you can pick the same song a bunch of times and get the same card, but with different stats. And sometimes a different card. Yeah...
