First three PixelJunk titles bundled for $20, Shooter gets a new trailer

On the eve of the launch of Q-Games' latest super-stylish opus, PixelJunk Shooter, the studio's president, Dylan Cuthbert, decided to drop a new trailer for the title on PlayStation.Blog. We've posted it above -- as you can clearly see, it contains all of the requisite elements to fulfill the game's moniker: There's pixelated enemies, a great deal of of shooting, and plenty of junk to aim the aforementioned shooting at.

The blog post also contained good news for thrifty fans of the franchise -- on Dec. 22, Q-Games will bundle PixelJunk Eden, Monsters and Racers together into a single $19.99 bundle. Sounds like a pretty sweet package if you're hoping to receive a new PS3 from ol' Saint Nick this holiday season.

Good deal...hey Sony, can I get Racers for free since I already bought the other 2 and expansions?

Isn't this kinda like Gravity Crash? I've never played any of the Pixel Junk games but I have heard really good things about them.

Can someone explain me how an announcement of dlc for a downloadable game for live arcade made it to the front page, but this one, PIXEL JUNK SHOOTER, didn't?

i don't mind anymore, sony and nintendo have much more news then MS, just look at the Xbox page its all on the front page of joystiq basically while Sony and Nintendo have two consoles and so many exclusive games and news pieces.

i wouldnt recommend racers, but monsters and eden was great.

Second that

I only played the demo to Racers, but it seemed like a good proof of concept type thing, just needed to be fleshed out or refined some more. If it was basically free, I would play it some more. Unfortunately I already own Monsters, the expansions for it, and Eden.
