I don't understand David, you love the painfully difficult shootemups and mega man games but this was too much of a challenge for you.

Yeah, I like them -- and I certainly like Blaster Master -- but it is TOUGH.

Ok, I will be honest, I almost passed out when I read Blaster Master. WOW!!!, one of my favs of all time, I still remember the songs and have em on my iPod. Will finally dust off my Wii after 9 months of inactivity.

Somewhere I have a VHS tape with a recording that I made of me playing thru Blaster Master w/o dying.
I thought I was pretty cool until my buddy played thru Ninja Gaiden 1 w/o dying.

Why the Genesis version; the SNES version has much better sound music and the voices, although are muffled, at least sound more like voices than raspy sandpaper sounds. I can see the first one being released, since the Genesis version of the first Earthworm Jim had extra content, there was no reason to release the Genesis version of the second game. Oh, well, thank goodness for Snes9xWii and SnesGT....

I meant to say "has much better sounding music" and "Why the Genesis version?" Is this console/port discrimination, or what?
