Hmm...

No, I'd still rather have a demo. Nice try though.

Well, at least you'll have one chain of bling that's different than any other rapper out there...

Wait, lil' Wayne's not on the OST, is he?

"us North Americans"

Yea... There is other countries other than America that read these blog entries.
Why does America think they are the centre of the world. I'm probably gonna get down voted for that, but whatever.

http://www.alexa.com/siteinfo/joystiq.com

Joystiq.com users come from these countries:

* 56.3% United States
* 7.5% United Kingdom
* 4.6% Canada

I won't down vote you, but you gotta at least give them a break. They blog from North America, and they often make posts about news that only affects Europeans.

The majority of readers are from North America, and the site is also based in North America. It's perfectly acceptable for Joystiq to act as if it's in the majority, because it is.

@ Sonic

I can see what you are getting at but it's not just Joystiq, it's the majority of the internet... It gets annoying after a while...

The problem with your argument still remains that a majority of the Internet is still based in North America. At least Jostiq notes that other countries exist by posting news that only affects europeans (and sometimes even Australians) If you're gonna complain about that crap, do it on one of the thousand other sites that actually warrant it.

Is this going to be another Dante's Inferno all over again, or is this more like the PSP Go's destruction of trade-in value.

For anyone who'd rather have the demo than swag, just remember that these things they're giving away go from between $20 and $170 on their online store. You could totally sell them and use the money to buy the game. Or maybe 3 copies of the game.
