Lucky you. My local Pathmark stocks Malt-o-Meal, but no BBMTs.

Also, liked the ending music, even if it wasn't Red Eye.

I'm also a vegan. :( I miss real meat, though. Steak... mmm.

Anyways, about to listen in a sec.
Awesome car vinyl. I can't get enough of FM3. Anyone else try out the GT5 demo that just went up? Good physics and all, but something feels not so right about it.

And the God of War 3 demo is amazing and it'll definitely be one of the best of 2010. I already have the demo, but good luck to those who don't.

Your name has Cheese in it, you can't be a CheesePirateAssassin and also be a vegan...unless it's Soy-cheese.

I'm glad Justin is back as well.

It feels like Nazi's are going to come kill us all when he is not on the show.

I just found out I had the GoW3 demo invitation since October. I should probably check that mail more often. Anyway, the demo is amazing. And so is the Dante's Inferno demo (just not quite as amazing) and I can't wait for both those games! :)

I always hated it. It was okay when we had the old "GET READY FOR LOOOOOVE" Intro, but now then with Gravity intro and exit were mellow

Just saw the real life Christopher Grant on one of the Penny Arcade TV episode things. Since I saw Justin during his video on the MW 2 goggles that just leaves Ludwig as the last remaining disembodied voice. Is it time to complete the circle?

I'm in the Justin boat when it comes to having missed out on Latin, and my local community college NO LONGER OFFERS Latin, or was that my local CSU? Yeah, believe it was the latter. I'm lucky that the little bit of Mexican I understand helps me with simple words like 'lunatic' and 'no,' as I'd be completely lost without that requisite info.

Anyway, in closing, I'd like to directly associate juggalos (juggaloes?) with fans of SeanBaby's work.

LOVE YOU GUYS
BUY!

Hey, rambling idiots! Try mentioning what game you are talking about from time to time in the podcast, or at least ONCE at the beginning of the conversation!

Even though Justin mentioned Dragon Age 7:52, it wasn't clear if that was the game you were referring to or simply another example of anoying menues. I thought I missed it and backed up several times trying to figure out what game you guys were bitching about. Also, Chris your audio also cut out a couple times (probably nothing you can do, but maybe a short to look for).

Maybe make an effort to mention the game by name from time to time instead of some nondescript pronoun.

Keep up the great podcast. I'm addicted and start looking for a fix every ten seconds on Fridays.

Also, Jim Gaffigan and Eddie Izzard are awesome!

Ok, so would someone explain to me the whole "...live from a mysterious oil tanker from somewhere in the mid-Atlantic" joke? I think I started listening at around 20-30 podcasts in..

So I see some of my comments on the AC2 DLC got addressed in the podcast, and I want to clear a few things up on my thoughts on the topic.

First, I'm a fan of the game. It's a good game, and if you haven't played it yet, go out and get it.

Second, I'm not a DLC whiner. I own a lot of DLC, and I firmly believe DLC is a great way to extend the life of a good game. I don't think all DLC should be free - someone had to make it, and they should be paid for their time. I'm no pirate, nor do I have a false sense of entitlement.

Third, I have a fairly strong understanding of the development process with regards to DLC. Often, DLC is developed alongside the core game, and hey, that's great - it should be part of the plan from the start. That way, room can be made in the game for the insertion of DLC in the future as is the case with Borderlands, or Fallout 3.

At this point, I don't know how the upcoming AC2 DLC fits into the total story of the game - that is to say, perhaps the big picture will look a little different once the DLC has been included. If you're going to try and tell me I'm completely off base in feeling that way, then clearly you've invented the time machine, and you should be doing bigger things with your time than telling me how to feel about DLC.

Two chapters in the game are missing, and now we find they're going to be added as DLC. If they really don't effect the total story of the game, then no harm, no foul. Hooray for new content. If the total story is effected in some way, then things get a little muddy. In the past, when it was suggested that the end of a game be provided as DLC, everyone at Joystiq and in the community as a whole was offended by the concept. If this content ties into the main story in some significant way, what would make it different from selling us the ending? What makes one part of the story more significant than another?

If the upcoming DLC really is completely separate from the main story, then my only gripe here is poor presentation - two unavailable chapters makes me feel like I'm missing something - two new chapters makes me feel like I'm getting something extra. If the DLC ties into the main story in some integral way, then Ubisoft is setting a bad precedent for DLC here, and that's a concept that should merit some concern..

Nice to see an inside look at the Spike VGAs voting process. Seems like a total joke, just like the show.

You paint the DLC issue in a black and white stroke. You label those who complain as entitled whiners, which wasn't the best way to go. I'm fine with DLC, but some of it is bullshit. I guess developers should be fine with me buying the game used, renting it, or waiting for the game's GOTY edition to come out... and buying that used. Yes, I do feel entitled since I payed $60 for the game, and don't feel like paying 1/6 the price for 1/16th of the content. The Assassin's Creed 2 DLC seems to be the exception. But I will have to wait and see before judging it.
