Was hoping Muscle March would be released this week as well. Would have been a great Christmas game to play, somehow, seriously.

Muscle March looks like exactly the kind of game you get shit ace drunk and play with friends. I think it looks stupidly awesome.

You know, I'd like to see more foreign N64 titles brought to the virtual console. I've always wanted to see what the N64's "Neon Genesis Evangelion" brawler was like.

As much of an Eva nut as I am, I'm not under the illusion that that game would be even remotely practical to license on US VC. Especially with the rights to Eva now in some sort of weird legal limbo.

Well, also I think turning it into a video game goes against the spirit of the show, but what have you. Better a brawler than a dating sim.

Can anyone tell me if the controls on this game were modified for the VC release so it's possible to jump with the face buttons? I don't want to play this if I have to hit the C-Stick or use the control stick to jump every time.

I can't believe this hasn't been said yet, but Goldeneye! I know, there's legal issues because Microsoft owns the rights. but I don't see why they can't come to an agreement where they both simultaneously release it on their respective consoles. Or perhaps an updated version with online multiplayer, too.

I guess I'm just mad because the Wii has a short supply of FPS, and I've only seen one with local multiplayer. I miss shooting my buddies as we spent ACTUAL TIME together. I am almost tempted to ebay an N64 so I can play that game...

The goldeneye stuff is 300 times more complicated than that ... Nintendo own the distribution and the n64 stuff, microsoft owns rare that made the game, activision ( i think) owns the right of the bond franchise and someone other owns the right of the goldeneye movie right now

...something like that

I take it neither of you were around when Goldeneye almost made it onto both XBLA and VC, but ultimately fell through.
