z-OMG! I am so watching this movie. Who's that guy portraying the role of jin? Hopefully they won't be too timid to add some uber-effects for this film.
And that's why we had our PSP consoles to play to, while the film is not yet done, don't we? http://bit.ly/tekken-6-psp-total-anhilation

Shit yeah he looks like Jin!

Unlike that sickening KoF Movie where the actors have 0 resemblance to the characters they're "based" on.

I hate Game to Movie adaptations. =[

Considering this was not an americanized game to movie adaption, I am willing to bet that it is going to be a bit more entertaining that ones we have seen as of late. I saw the trailer and actually was surprised at the potential it had. Here is hoping for a good movie...

emm... isn't it obvious that it IS an Americanized game-to-movie adaptation?? i mean, just look at the amount of non-japanese/asian actors portrayed in the poster. furthermore, if this is indeed a Japanese production, they would hired decent actors and make them look good as martial artists (which has been succeeded many times before. see Bourne series.) instead of trying to cast martial artists and try to pass them off as actors (which rarely ever, and i mean EVER, happened. see Street Fighter, DOA, KOF, MK2, ... should i go on?).

besides that point, if you just look up the movie on imdb, you can see that it's an American production company. America just don't do game/manga adaptations as well because those materials are always consider second tier (see how Dragonball and Resident Evil turned out from U.S. then see how Death Note and Detroit Metal City turned out from Japan).

When will people realize that movies based on fighting games are doomed to fail? All fighting games have absurdly convoluted stories that have no consistency. And all the other characters become useless as only one person can "win" the tournament...

Plus, no Yoshimitsu = FAIL.

I believe Yoshi(cyborg) is in the movie. He's just not in the poster.

I think this will work.

I mean remember Street Fighter and Super Mario Bros.?

Weren't they SUCH good movies?

I think Hollywood should ruin MORE of our childhood. That would make my day.

Didn't even notice you wrote Law. Read Jackie Chan and instantly saw him dropping to the ground in mid fight. Would be Kelsey Grammer as Beast perfect.

This is the only movie im going to watch because the fighters are the real deal. This John Foo or w/e was in The protector and so is that Eddy actor...they both fought Tony Jaa in that temple filled with fire scene..and they kicked ass. Also the guy playing Murdock in the movie is also from The Protector..that huge guy Tony Jaa needed elephant bones to hurt.

Morgan Webb is playing Anna?

Without trying to be too unfair based off these little box shot photos, I would say Kazuya is a miss...the rest look pretty close. Heihachi better have some Got 2 Be Glued hair going on because facially he's only halfway there.

Jin, Christie, and Eddy look spot on though. I think Cung Lee is playing Law?

Wow, with the cast list as is, I'm really looking forward to watching this.

I'll watch anything with Jon Foo and Tom Yum Goong. The Ong Bak films and The Protector were some of the best recent martial arts films in years!

Hey, the casting's not a disaster, at least. Jin looks almost spot-on, Anna, Nina, and Raven too. Heihachi doesn't look as intimidating, just like Eddy... and Kazuya, well... he looks like George Michael :P

But overall, it's a lot more accurate than KOF or SF:TLOCL
