Happy post-solstice and pre-Q1,
Joystiq
- Alexander Sliwinski (@XanderSliwinski): Honestly, no clue. The family is over, which guarantees some Carcassonne on XBLA and possibly some board games. May raid PSN and XBLA for some games, perhaps get back into Demon's Souls.
- Andrew Yoon (@scxzor): So close to unlocking The Truth in Assassin's Creed 2. Hope to get that Platinum'd this weekend, with New Super Mario Bros. keeping me sane. Oh, and Final Fantasy XIII just showed up in the mail. So I'll probably play that too.
- Ben Gilbert (@BigBossBgilbert): Nearly done with Drake's journey to Shambhala, ready to head into the Borderlands, and hoping for a Plants vs. Zombies Xmas Miracle of more content. Man that game is fantastic!
- Christopher Grant (@ChrisGrant): This holiday weekend is all about Dragon Age, Dragon Age, and Dragon Age. I've got a lot of work ahead of me and Ferelden isn't saving itself!
- David Hinkle (@DaveHinkle): I still have aspirations to get back to Brütal Legend and now that I've pretty much finally got ODST out of the way, there's one less game standing in my way. Now that Modern Warfare 2 is patched, though, I'll probably just play a bunch of that. Happy holidays, everybody!
- Griffin McElroy (@griffinmcelroy): Well, I imagine I'll be playing a healthy amount of Final Fantasy VIII, along with any other games the sweet baby Jesus places underneath my tree this year.
- James Ransom-Wiley: I'll be spending Christmas without my consoles ... so *family* will have to do.
- JC Fletcher (@jcfletcher): I'm going to see what all the fuss over Might and Magic: Clash of Heroes is about. I suspect it's about the game being fun. But I'll find out!
- Justin McElroy (@JustinMcElroy): I really should finish Dragon Age, but I keep getting distracted by all the great new things that keep showing up, like Dark Void and Heavy Rain. Of course, if I get that biscuit joiner I asked for this holiday, I'm gonna spend the weekend playing Cabinet Hero.
- Kevin Kelly (@gadgetguy): I'll be catching up on a ton of movies, spending time with family, and spending as much time as possible in Dragon Age. If I put on a CD full of holiday music while I play that, I *might* be able to fool some family members into thinking I'm playing a Christmas game. Maybe. Thankfully my elf has some flame spells. PS: If you haven't seen The Fantastic Mr. Fox, you need to go out right now and rectify that.
- Ludwig Kietzmann (@LudwigK): I'm still in a bit of a post-Dragon Age malaise, but I'll be wandering through the chilly streets of Silent Hill: Shattered Memories, and perhaps the ominous hallways of Demon's Souls. Terrifying!
Mike Schramm (@MikeSchramm): Clash of Heroes is taking up most of my gaming time, and I'm about 30 minutes away from finishing up Prototype. After that, I'll probably finally pick up Shadow Complex, considering it's cheap and all.- Randy Nelson (@DangerPenguin) I'm not sure I'd exactly call it a game per se -- since those are typically fun -- but I'm learning new and exciting ways to curse in Italian as I hunt down the final two feathers for Ezio's clearly inhuman mother. I mean, she kneels by a bed for what, a decade or two? Ca-reepy!
- Richard Mitchell (@SenseiRAM): I'm heading out of town, so it's down to what I can take with me. So, that narrows it down to Torchlight and Chrono Trigger. Maybe I should cart the old Xbox along for some more Assassin's Creed 2. We'll see.
- Xav de Matos (@Xav): It's all about Left 4 Dead 2 Versus mode right now.
- Justin Glow (@justinglow): (Preventing Y2K10)
