Looks like a half-breed between Demon Souls and Monster Hunter. Needless to say, I need to have played this by yesterday.

It's amazing how much damage a single sword/spear swing can do to these giants, but a giant axe-smash to the ground barely hurts the hero...

It looks like an ambitious title. They just need to work out that framerate issue. But seeing it's the Wii, I don't think they can make this game as smooth as they want to. I have hopes for this title, even though you can safely bet on no state-side release. And apart from the choppiness and the obviously not being in HD, it does look nice.

well if they have more time, then they can get rid of any framerate issue. i mean, just look at Monster Hunter 3, that game is gorgeous and there isn't a single framerate issue in sight. or at least there are none that i can see from all those gameplay videos i've seen

*sigh*

...I think this would sell if it was tightened up before release (framerate, etc.), and was actually *gasp* PROMOTED. What an interesting concept!

Consider the fact that it isn't headed to the states until we get a notice, it may be very well promoted in Japan, where it's initially planed for release. Think.

Sorry, I should have be a little more clear: I was referring to the fact that even relatively "big" 3rd-party Wii releases don't get much hype or promotion, as compared to titles on the Big Two. NoA doesn't seem to get that, especially with "M" titles. Following from that, IF this was released in the US, it could sell if it was tightened up and promoted.

Does Nintendo think people will stop buying Wii Fit and all that other stuff if word gets around that they were involved in making a game that shows blood?

America wants this game, Nintendo. Quit being pussies and give it to us.

It's a known fact that NoA are in fact, cockbags. Being the bag of cocks they are, if you won't see Disaster, you definitely won't be seeing this title.
