We love seeing videos like the one after the break, wherein a child expresses a joy that we'll spend most of our 30s and 40s fruitlessly trying to recapture. But, as this little boy receiving an Xbox 360 on Christmas morn demonstrates, it's possible to go too far.
See if you can pinpoint the exact moment his family switches from amusement to realizing that their child is going to spend a lifetime waging a crippling battle against mental illness.
looks like an Arcade to me.. wait for the disapointment that he can't have many saves.. then there's later, the realisation of what he'll have for maybe his 18th birthday.. hint - look at his dad -_-
What? Your parents didn't let you unwrap it, you just found it hooked up to the TV when you woke up? That's a mean thing for your parents to do. Kids have to unwrap the game consoles themselves, or at the very least wait to open it until everyone who shares it is around to see it unwrapped. If it's out of the box already when they wake up Christmas morning, it's not as special.
Nah, it was already hooked up! Me and my brother basically just had to sit down and get started playing with it. I figured I'd probably do the same ting if I ever have kids...especially since these days you have to friggin' set up your consoles. I bet by next generation we'll be installing elements of the OS. Blech.
It had a bow and tag on it, too, for what it's worth.
I hear that. It really isn't the same when you're an adult or someone who works and understands money. Once that and Santa not being real comes to light our amazing joy begins to vanish at an exhilarated sad rate.
I love watching kids open gifts. The genuine excitement is intoxicating. Not saying adults can't be excited by a gift, but it's hard, expensive and rare to achieve.
Oh man, laughing myself into a seizure and talk about awkward when he starts humping the box, then realizes his parents are watching..........OOOOOMMMMMMGGGGG!!!!!
Oh my GOD TACTICALNUKE!!!!IGOTATACTICALNUKEaaaaaaaaaaaaaaahhhhhhhhhhhhhAAHAHAHAHAHAHAAAAHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!*humps controler*
eh, the humping was weird but not as weird as i expected. nowhere near as awkward as, say, the remote control thing from that kid who got his WoW account cancelled. it's probably because there was no reaction to it, his parents just kept laughing. it would have been a lot more awkward if he'd put the xbox on the floor and dry humped it for a like a solid minute......hearing his parents go silent, and maybe a "honey....what do we do?" would have been hilarious.
