Second, he won it, he can do with it whatever the fuck he wants to. Ben Heck is the one that sold it to a store, so if he had anything against it, he wouldn't have done it.

From personal experience, 99.9% of that million will go to scumbag lawyers, which just makes it even more infuriating.

I digress though. The store purchased the laptop, thus compensating Ben Heck for his work. The store was then free (under the first sale doctrine) to do whatever it wanted with the laptop. The same goes for the guy that won the raffle. Yeah it would be nice if he'd donate the laptop to a children's hospital or something, but in this economic climate, this guy might need every cent of the 2000 dollars for all we know.
