You'd think some screen tearing was only natural in the aftermath of ... the Apocalypse -- but apparently it's an unintended hiccup in the Xbox 360 version of Vigil Games' Darksiders. Speaking to IGN, studio head Joe Madureira confirmed that Vigil is aware of the issue and is planning a title update to address it. "It's something that's really not a difficult fix for us, and so we're going to implement a patch to resolve the problem," Madureira assured. "We're fairly certain it'll happen really soon, so look out for it."
Phew! It's good to know that the end of the world will be running a little smoother in no time.

Yeah its a lot of fun. A very nice hack n slash with some puzzle elements, and a nice upgrading/ attribute system

I actually have the Xbox 360 version of this game, and yes... there's a lot of screen tearing. However, even despite that, the game is awesome and I'm looooooving it. *back to playing*

Just got Darksider in the UK this morning and I like the direction this game is taking me. However, what is with the screen tearing? Forget the messages saying we will sort a patch out! What about proffessionalism and ensuring a game is released once finished. I love the look but the tearing is spoiling my experience to the point that I will wait now till the poxy patch is released. If I pay good hard earned money I expect a finished game..is that too much to ask. Or sell me the screen teared game for £20 and ill be happy to wait until the patch comes out.
If this happens to bioshot 2 I am getting my sega gamegear out!

It's amazing how this issue came trough the testing, but it's still a minor thing they will fix soon enough. So don't worry, be happy :D
