According to Siliconera, the latest issue of Famitsu brought great news to the loyal fans of Sting-developed strategy-RPGs: Knights in the Nightmare, a former DS exclusive, will soon be ported to the PSP. New features for the port include an animated opening title sequence and some much-needed tutorial missions. There's no official release date or word of an US localization for the title just yet -- we contacted Atlus to try and discern these details, but received a "No Comment" in return.
We're as excited by this news as anyone else -- but all that multitasking in the game was pretty difficult to keep track of on two screens. The thought of trying to manage Knights' utterly perplexing combat system on a single screen is downright terrifying.

So because a game tries to be innovative and creative, it is a terrible/boring game?
What about traditional RPG's, where they just stand in a line? You can't move your characters there!
But on another note, I think they'll utilize the analog stick thingy to maneuver the wisp, since I never really used the touch screen when in battle. Plus, with the bigger screen, more can be fit in.

Yes, boring. And In standard RPGs you can move until you are in another battle.
Go to towns, talk to people ect..
this game had none of that, it was battle after battle of the same thing,
trying to beat the monsters in a few moves, and break some boxes to get extra items. It was the same battle over and over, with a few different monsters and a few extra people to help, it was not fun, and on PSP it will still not be a fun game to play.

I find it hard to imagine the analog stick achieving the same precision as using the stylus on touchscreen for controlling the wisp, but having a larger screen area alleviates this somewhat. Two screens was never necessary for this game--I was too busy trying to dodge bullets to check the wireframe view on the bottom screen.
I guess this is nice, but probably not worth buying until it reaches bargain price for the people who already have the DS version. Or unless there's a really good preorder bonus.
