A patch for the PC version of Modern Warfare 2 is now available for download from Steam, which nips the negative XP and "running man" issues in the bud. PC gamers should find the game more or less back to normal, but there are still plenty of problems for console gamers, so we we contacted Infinity Ward's Robert "fourzerotwo" Bowling to find out about an update.
Bowling told us a console patch is "currently in test for the Xbox 360 and PS3 versions." Unfortunately, he didn't have any word as to when the patch would go live for Xbox 360 and PS3 users. Hang in there soldiers!

Greggoo, if you need the Models to take out campers, you're truly a sad kid. I've seen people take out groups of campers with a silenced FAL with Cold-Blooded, no questions asked.
Besides, never in my days have I seen someone use them solely to kill "campers". I suppose, however, if you consider "campers' to be anything and everything that's ever moved, ever will move, or ever even dreamt of moving, then yes. You need them to take out campers.
If you need the game's (arguably) biggest crutch, you really should find some other way to occupy your time.

Hmmm...
Tonight my party got pulled into private match lobby for Rust while searching for games in the Ground War playlist (didn't stick around long enough to find whatever glitch/mod/exploit was going to abused in that game).
I *thought* they already fixed that one...

They should just hurry up and patch the game so that instead of bullets, all weapons fire daisies and words of encouragement...would that stop the incessant whining about how this weapon is cheating, and that perk is cheating...aside from actual glitches and mods IW does not need to patch anything...just maybe work on reducing lag.
In closing, if someone knifes you, knife them. If they noob tube you, noob tube them. I don't even know what all the racket about the 1887's is, yes they are powerful, but I have yet to someone dominate using JUST akimbo 1887's (with or without FMG).
If you hate the weapons or perks so much, go play Ghost Recon or Operation Flashpoint where all the weapons suck.
