Having pulled some of its heaviest hitters out of the busy Q1 release calendar, Capcom is ready to reassign those titles to an entirely new part of the calendar, one that hasn't been getting nearly as much attention as its numeric predecessor: Q2. Monster Hunter Tri was already announced for April, but now Super Street Fighter IV will join it on April 27th in North America and April 30th in Europe. New characters, new combos, and the return of the smash-a-car bonus stage (see pic!) are highlights of the not-yet-priced though sure-to-be affordable followup.
Lost Planet 2 is more "sequel" than Super Street Fighter IV-style expansion. The co-op focused third-person shooter offers "larger-than-life bosses" and four player co-op over Xbox Live or PlayStation Network, and you'll be able to take it up on that offer on May 18th in both North America and Europe. That leaves us some room in the June video game budget, if any publishers are looking to take advantage of the rest of Q2.

I hope it isn't Ratchet & Clank... Just like Frank West in Colonies, they'd stand out way too much (playing as Frank in his boxers or Mega Man suit was a sure fire way to be spotted and from all the way across the map, and quickly killed).
I can see a Helghan soldier maybe, or even non Sony characters like Leon Kennedy or Chris Redfield from Resident Evil being PS3 exclusive.

Please don't let me down Lost Planet 2, your predecessors are still my favourite online multiplayer games ever! Your co-op demo left a sour taste in my mouth, and your hold on multiplayer information is getting me antsy all up in my pants.
I need me some OG Lost Planet Fugitive and Lost Planet: Colonies Point Snatcher modes back in their full splendor, and I might just have the multiplayer game I play for the rest of the generation.

Just to point out, Capcom also stated that SSF4 would be about $55 (at least in Japan). Assuming that holds true, it seems like a slap in the face when they claimed it wasn't a "full priced release" all this time.

They released Lost Planet Colonies as a standard priced game in Japan as well, and then released it to the rest of the world as a Platinum Hits / Classics Collection game.
$55 is lower than standard Japanese MSRP though, it's in line with the projected US price of $40. Most Japanese games come out at about $80, games like FFXIII at $100.

Ok... Apr 27th, I can deal with that. Hopefully I will be done with WKC, SO4, FF13, RoF and GOW3 by then.
Pro Tip: All interested in getting a decent stock arcade controller (i.e MadCatz T.E or Hori RAP3:SA\SE /V3), or official japanese parts..its best to do so now. Come April all arcade parts will be in short supply and all arcade controllers will be over priced through the roof. Word to the wise....
