Kind of a weird thing to say, but, uh, this makes me glad I didn't buy Street Fighter 4. I had wanted to get into it, but never got around to it, and now here's the definitive version. Looking forward to it.
I just hope the game abandons the Street Fighter tradition of making all the cool characters the worst characters.
Adon and Juri are the ones I look forward to playing, and could someone tell me if they made Vega not suck? He's always been my favorite SF character, but the prospect of him being so lame in SF4 kinda dampened my spirits on that game.

Vega is not that bad. He has very low HP and his ultra combo is hard to pull off, but if you master Vega you'll be in the top ranks in no time.

Yeah, I've never really believed in "tiers" as a definitive measure of character ability, but I heard Vega was just given a lot of crap.

I think because for the average player, there's still more to learn in SF4. There are still characters to learn and combos to perfect and bringing out another SF game before we get enough time to 100% the first iteration seems wasteful where as buying a new madden is like buying the same game again. We're already masters of the game but with slightly altered team rosters, player data, and other minor changes that one should be able to get with a simple downloadable patch.

i like how the bonus stage is based on Final fight as oppose to SF2
I was expecting Guile to break the SF wall esp how the original game it was someone who had a crew cut
The again, if I remember right, it was Joe who broke the wall and since Cody is said to fight like Joe, it fits

What? Viper still there? I was thinking that Capcom would pull the carpet on her, after noticing how pathetic their staff did surveys on "which new character could be cool" to add to SFIV, and they came with " stylish modern woman".. and they pulled that weirdo without skills, unappealing costume, and the hair..ohhh the haiirrr!!!
