I love ea's fifa fames, but surely this could be released as an expansion DLC?

The previous intersitial fifa games have brought nothing to the table adterwards.

Maybe im just bitter but I dont want to get burned by this game like I was by fifa 10. Fifa 10 was full of glitches and about 60 of them for manager mode have yet to be fixed. instead EA shifted their attention to "other projects", I guess this was one of them.

Yep. I too am annoyed at EA. FIFA 10 (great game mechanics) is let down by its numerous game ruining bugs - they didn't want to give resources to finish FIFA 10, rather they shipped it broken, and moved on to FIFA 10.5 (ie. World Cup game).

Pathetic EA.

Your only lucky that Konami's Pro Evo is again crap - otherwise you would have lost a customer. FIFA 11 will be a rent and mass play before I decide on a purchase.

FFS, the world cup will generate a lot of tourism and income for the country, placves hold these for the reason that they are profitable and that alone.

By building stadiums they are regenerating the areas around them and creating new jobs (if only temporary).

To think that this won't benefit everyone in South Africa is stupid.

Also South Africa isn't that poor, it has serious crime issues but it is much better off than a lot of Africa.

Definitely pirating this game. i already paid $60 for a game that never got any updates and has so many bugs so there is no way I am giving you any more of my money.

Go to hell EA

"features all of the 2010 World Cup's 199 qualifying round national teams"

199?

What does this mean?

Isn't there 195 countries in the world?

The US will take it this year. Landon Donovan is on loan to Everton as a spy to steal England's plays and secrets.
