Lame. They didn't invent the saying 'you don't know jack'. They may have popularized it for a brief time 12 years ago, but that's not enough to base a lawsuit on. Jellyvision is going to lose this case.

Why don't they develop a new You Don't Know Jack for the XBox Primetime channel. The only thing occupying that space is 1 vs 100 now, they need to beef it up.
