Problem with "delaystation": It doesn't give the nice ring and flow when that voice on the commercial says "PLAY-STA-TION". Gotta have that ring and flow!!!

No one knows what I'm talking about, do you?

just out of curiosity, how many games have been delayed? and of those, how many were developed in the western market and how many were developed in the asian market?

If there are no English subs, then perhaps the delay is due to Ubisoft saying they won't publish it stateside - and subsequent publishers relunctant to pick it up - to work in English subs for importers.

A man can only dream...

I don't understand why they need English subs since they already have the English voice-overs from the Wii version.

Then again, I don't really know how porting a video game works.

What I meant was, if this is an HD port in the sense of the God of War Collection, then I won't have to worry about language barriers. If not, and this is just a Japanese localization of NMH1 for the PS3 and Xbox, then Grasshopper may just have Japanese sub/dub work for it and call it a day.

I'm hoping they just take the Wii game, slap some HD textures on it, throw in the achievement/trophy support and sell it. If that's the case, then the English work will still be there.

Hopefully.

I'm really hoping this comes stateside. Standard definition and no camera control really doesn't do this game justice.

Yeah, especially with NMH2 - I have no idea what the hell all those tiny objects are on that shelf in the motel bedroom that I unlock.

Atlus? Are you there? I know you want to bring No More Heroes out over here. There's no point in hiding what you're plotting. Don't deny it, Atlus. We all know what you're thinking.

Too bad. This game needs to be experienced as broadly as possible as quickly as possible.

We need to proselytize this franchise.

You did, yeah. People here are not friendly to those that ask those sorts of questions. You're lucky that nobody hit you with a "go to google, bitch."

You need a think skin to hang with this crew, dog.

Given how terribly the first game allegedly sold in Japan (the kind of country with a demographic the game would directly appeal to, no less), AND the fact that we got NMH2 way before they did, I'd say it's extremely likely that this port will be released in the US at some point. It's practically the only game PS3/360 owners want a Wii for.

Yeah, they're remaking it with fancy graphics, but as of right now it isn't slated to leave Japan.

Hopefully it does leave Japan.......
I mean it'll get a hell of a lot more attention on the PS360 than it has gotten on the Wii.........
I still got to get around in buying No More Heroes 2..........*sigh* my wallet........she grows hungry..........
