Seriously? A third country pack? After a whole Country Track-Pack disc?

Ok, I bought Blue Oyster Cult and RaTM this week so I guess we're square, Harmonix.

Think of it this way, if this was Guitar Hero this would be an entire MONTHS worth of content. A bad week of RB dlc isnt a big deal.

I was hoping for something that wasn't already available.

The past few weeks they have been releasing whatever tracks they had lying around the office. Apparently HMX has been taking the past couple weeks off. I hope it is because they're tirelessly working on more DLC for TB:RB or RB3.

Not a country fan at all, but I'm curious to see how they're going to chart On The Road Again. The continuous drum roll on Medium in GH:WT was a bit ridiculous.

Yeah. A little Folsom Prison Blues, the real RIng of Fire (who cares if its in GH5, and there is a bad cover by Social Distortion already on RB, that's no excuse!), I Walk the Line, Man in Black. Some of the modern covers he did were pretty cool interpretations too.

That's the joy of DLC; you buy what you like and ignore the rest.

It's you. RB DLC (which is now in it's THIRD YEAR, remember) is the same as it ever was. A balance of multiple genres over time.

Just his week alone we got Classic Rock (Blue Oyster Cult), Progressive Rock (Hawkwind), Southern Rock (Nazareth), Heavy Metal (Motorhead) and alternative (Rage against the Machine). Since the beginning of the year we've gotten:

Paul McCartney
Blink-182
Tom Petty
Alice in Chains
Psychedlic Furs
The Ramones

And that's not counting some of the new and small bands. RB DLC is as strong as it ever was.

Did you mean Southern Scotland? Nazareth is certainly not from North America, if that's what you implied.

(though I honestly didn't even know they were from Scotland until I researched the matter)

Nice to see some Willie Nelson, but the rest of this is completely unknown to me. Good news for the country fans, I guess, but pretty blah in my book. I'm a huge fan of the alt-country pack released a long while back, but pop country leaves me cold.

After some fairly lackluster weeks, I really hope Harmonix has some sweet stuff ready to spring on us.

I'm always happy to get more country music, but this is a wasted week, as all of these songs are already available from the coutnry track pack which I already bought. In the past when they've released songs from the country track pack, they included some new stuff too. Lame week. LAME!

I'm also always game for more country, but as Steve said it's the same stuff that's on the disc. And the one thing that really blows my mind is that of all the singers they have put on here from country...I still see no Alan Jackson, Garth Brooks, Reba, George Jones, and the worst of all no Bocephus! Now those are a good mix of country.

I don't hate the Foo Fighters, but have to agree that Grohl & the Gang have had a disproportionate amount of songs released. Spread the love, Harmonix!
